When a user exceeds the discount limit, a discount approval request is triggered from the web app. Approvers can view and search pending requests by patient name or ID, see patient and order details and either approve or reject the request. If approved, billing proceeds and if rejected, billing is halted.

1. Doctors can approve and submit reports in one go instead of approving the report first and then submitting it. 2. Staff users can select a doctor for approving the report and enter the passkey of that doctor to approve reports 3. This update ensures minimum approval for submitting the reports.
