Getting Started
To use the National Police Mobile App, you must be a member and enrolled in our online banking service. If you’re already enrolled, simply log in with your existing credentials.
New to Online Banking?
Visit www.nationalpolicefcu.com or tap the Sign Up button within the app. Your initial login credentials are your 5-digit account number and 9 followed by the last four digits of your Social Security Number (e.g., 91234).
It is next to impossible to have someone answer the phone. They just keep to rotating you from one menus to another till you get frustrated and hang up. My location on 63 rd St has gotten rid of tellers and now you usually have to stand in line. A lot of people don’t know how to use the video teller and it takes forever to get your turn. Nice having to stand there for 20 minutes to get your turn. Customer service is at an all time low. Going back to my previous bank. I’ve had it. Them making money is way more important than their customers!
Check Deposit feature

Good app but would be awesome to have a check deposit feature, so you could deposit checks from your phone.
Buggy and inefficient

Poorly put together. To verify your information, it offers a text or call option. Except the text option is always completely blacked out making “call me” the only choice. I have never once gotten the confirmation phone call. I made sure to accept calls from unknown numbers, deleted and re-installed the app and still nothing. Disappointing.
