Fantastic app easy to use and navigate very friendly customer service could not find anything to complain about the bidding process is made as easy as 1/2/3 it's that simple you can go to the Auction or sit in your recliner and bid away in the comfort of your own home I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for that new or used piece of equipment

The app itself is mostly functional, but it’s very irritating to not be able to search past selling prices easily.About their functionality tests: The machines I was able to start did operate as indicated. None of the functionality tests for the excavators listed whether or not their thumbs where operational, and on 1/3 if the excavators that had thumbs they were not operational. About half to 2/3rds of the mini excavators had oil leaks that were both significant and obvious. No place was this noted in the in app description. Also, about 20% of the excavators and loader backhoes (not counting those listed as non-operational) wouldn’t start, so perhaps they were completely non-operational idk.There’s really no substitute for checking the machines out in person.

Overall a pretty good app, but could use some modifications. Need to revise app so that you can bid on timed auction items from the app and not have to log into the website. Would be very beneficial if you could look up auction results in the app and not have to log into the website. The watchlist function needs to be revised so that you can quickly delete items out of your watchlist without having to open the individual item up and uncheck it. It would also be beneficial to have a function where you could add items to your watchlist by either swiping right or left from the inventory or search screen.

I have been doing business with Ritchie Bros for 4 years now and I am never disappointed with the quality of service. I can't imagine a better experience buying equipment period.Sincerely Rick J
