IMPORTANT NOTE: With this App we display all the AVAILABLE weather and forecast data provided by the Aviation Weather Center and the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP). If you don't see METAR or TAF data, or anything else, please understand it is not our fault but a lack of information at the source. Hence, do not leave (please) a bad review for something we can't fix, as on reviews depends our survival on the market.

The developer of this useful app kept responding to my complaints that the app was no longer working by telling me to upgrade to a particular version of the app. However, no version number could be found in the app nor in the App Store. Then suddenly the App Store changed the download from the Cloud symbol to the word “upgrade” and that download worked. It is clear that getting the necessary upgrade installed in the App Store was the issue. That done, the app works well again. I’ve used for years and find it very useful.

Update: Horrible pop up ad frequency corrected

I downloaded this app to see if it was worth while. I was able to zoom in to my home airport and as soon as I hit the weather button I had a constant barrage of ads. One after another, one would pop up hang out for less than a second then close only to be replaced by another one. This cycle continued until I closed the app. I deleted the app when I closed it.Update: The developer corrected the ad pop up issue. I can actually see the information that it’s supposed to show. The occasional ad does pop up and does cover the screeen but it’s quickly skipped by pressing on the screen somewhere other than the ad.The only other flaw that I see now is the lack of all the airports.

I usually don’t give app reviews. In fact, this might be the first app review I’ve ever done but I’m giving in finally. I use this app every day and it asks me pretty much every time to write a review so here it is.Excellent app! I’m a USAF pilot and this app is a great way to get a scoop on what the weather will be like. 5 stars.
Excellent app, exceptionally annoying ads

The constant barrage of advertisements made me uninstall this excellent app. The app constantly pops up an advertisement every few seconds making it difficult to read and interpret the weather data it presents. An excellent example of the anti-pattern of how to integrate advertising into your application. If the author was more respectful of the user, this would clearly be a 5 star app for what it provides. The obtrusive nature while using the free version turned me off from paying or subscribing to this app ( which I would have done, if the developer was not rail-roading users into disabling the ads. ).
