It’s a nice app there’s a couple things you need to adjust we should be able to delete old leads if we want to and when you send us opportunity leads you can only except them you need a button so we can refuse them so i don’t accidentally hit the button and make it look like we actually wanted it when we didn’t it almost seems like you set it up that way I hope that’s not the case and my new leads don’t show up under leads I was curious why I look forward to doing lots of business with you just wanted to bring those couple things to your attention. One more thing when you send a message to the customer and you have a template to pick out you should allow us to write our own messaging that’s a must I couldn’t believe that you didn’t already have that available

First off I wanna say this service is the biggest scam in the world it’s disgusting I gave them $350 I got 17 fake leads disconnected numbers and people shouting saying they don’t even have a house and why are we calling I talked to bunch of people who had this service and all had the same experience it’s a shame you had sale reps promised the world but received nothing they lied and said they’ll transfer our old reviews from different advertisements witch made no sense but that’s what my company was promised please no one waste there money with their scam company o hope to see this business being shut them if I even looked at one persons roof out of thoses 17 leads I wouldn’t be so upset one person to about there roof I wouldn’t be upset one person telling me in the future they wanna get their roof done I wouldn’t be upset but 17 for 17 was all fake come on now that’s bad business here’s some advice for the people reading do not sign up do not give them your credit card they keep trying to pull money without permission the reps will tell you whatever you wanna hear and you’ll get none of that your better off investing your money into Angi leads and thumb tack at least we see people have success from it NETWORX IS A SCAM GOODBYE

As you can see all the good reviews come from “small” business owners, handyman etc. nothing wrong with that, but for us Construction company, it doesn’t work, specially because we got missleaded and miss guided to a service that does not work for us!! Leads have no description, they are 99% Repairs, or fake numbers or people don’t want the service, and when you try to report the leads for credit they will never credit them back to you!!! When you opened the account they persuade you to start off with thousands of dollars as deposit to tell you later one THIS IS NOT REFUNDABLE even if you don’t use it at all! LIKE US, they sent 7 leads, 2 of them I spoke to customers and the job type wasn’t what we signed up for, I reported them and they never credited the leads, the rest of 5 leads were sent WHEN I PAUSED THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE I WAS in Jewish holidays and I didn’t use the service or neither contact any of those leads!!! This happened in 5 days and they don’t want to credit non of my money back,SUMMARY: I paid a deposit for 7 leads I never even scheduled with never met or spoke to!Service I did not receive and they stole the money.HORRIBLE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS

I, from actual experience over past 5 months, have been totally frustrated with Networx. Sure, their leads are very inexpensive but most are dead ends or I feel bogus. Too many leads for my area with area codes far from my work area! My experience is they are quick to grab your money and very few leads, (5) in my case out of over (40) were dead ends. By this I mean the leads had phone numbers that no one was available, or VM’s that no one ever called back. Also, many leads had already been taken by other companies like mine, yet I was still charged. There is no way this is ethical. At present I am waiting for a representative to call me “Shortly” as they communicated to me. I am determined to finalize my association with Networx today! If there is no resolution and my funds (unused) are not returned to my business card today then I will pursue a more aggressive approach. Save yourself some headaches and use Angie Leads, Home Advisor , Google ads or some other lead generation service that has proven success.
