I accidentally hit “no” when a box popped up asking if I love the app. I definitely do love it though. I’m currently in school for Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement, so anything Police related, I geek out over it! I purposely have it running in the background almost all day. This has been one of the better police scanner apps that I’ve found. Some people say the adds are really annoying but I honestly haven’t had an issue with them and I typically get REALLY annoyed with adds on apps.If you’re looking for a good Police scanner app, this is it. Not following protocol concerning my accountMy device was stolen on 18 JuneI’m not sure if they’re going to refund the money I requested a refund because they charged have never been made due to the fact that my phone had been stolen reported stolen and I got an email confirmation that those payments were not going to be taken from my account so I am hoping they do the right thing and issue a refund they canceled it but I don’t see the refund this is my problem I received messages that my account would not be able to have a charges including crude on it and what happened it appears is that they were supposed to freeze my Apple Pay and all debit cards that are linked but when I subscription came through for 490. My Phone was supposed to be shut off I reported it stolen and they were his payments for not going to be made with my card until I was able to get a resolution I got my new phone in for five days later and here is a charge for the 490. I requested a refund. It’s a mystery my account was looked at. My subscription was cancelled but I have yet to be issued the refund pause this cost me addition consequences. We first webull deposit was rejected due to the error which has lasting effects personally. I’m not very happy

This app will run free trials from time to time. And I only ever sign up (and immediately same time go cancel the subscription) to see if anyone is in the chat that may have info on a breaking story I’m listening to. For starters, each chat comment is days/WEEKS apart. Do not pay for the chat feature. It’s useless. No one is in there. Ever. But besides that, even tho I cancel, I am charged EVERY single time even tho I cancel the subscription immediately before the trial runs out. I have had to get a refund like 3-4x. I doubt they’ll refund me this time. Even tho I recorded the screen offering a trial and recorded me canceling same day. Other than that, it’s a great app. But don’t take my money under pretense of free trials. That’s dirty.

As a firefighter in training, I love using this app. It’s easy to use and has great quality!! Some people leave reviews complaining about the ads, but I personally don’t think there is an over abundance of them, and even when one does come up it is only 3 seconds before you can skip it. It’s worth it because the app is free to use. Aaaand the apps only play when you open the app. So if you listen to the scanner in the background like most people do, there’s no issue.
