In my experience the scents I’ve bought through here have all been authentic and well packaged. That I’m very happy about. BUT I wish the app had a way to save fragrances. I constantly lose track of the colognes I’d like to try simply because once I get off the app, bye bye, no favorites listing and nothing stays in the cart for future reference.. I feel like it’s an easy fix and would be my experience literally 10 times better when shopping for a new travel size or sample cologne. For the company, that’s a lot of potential sales down the drain because of the lacking ease of use, with an EASY fix.

I ran into this website looking for my favorite scents at discounted rates and I was ecstatic to have found one. I went and made my purchases immediately, and I was even more jubilant to have two-day shipping at my dispense. I waited for two days...nothing. Waited an extra day, thinking maybe there's a delay...nothing. Waited the 4th day, and didn't see anything so I contacted customer service via email which was another delay in itself - they reply with the same automated message and never directly provide you with a proper response in regards to your issue. They even had the shame to tell me that it was delivered (through their faulty carrier) when it wasn't and issued me a refund...a week after waiting for the item that never came, so that was another week of wait for the actual refund.Okay. So they told me to try the order again, which I did (sadly). And I'm laughing at this now, but the same exact thing happened all over. I'm actually waiting for yet another refund for the same order, same shipment. This was just overall terrible customer service, whether it was the company itself or the carrier. There is no such thing as two day shipping or any shipping. I made the attempt twice so take it from someone who made the mistake. I won't order from this business again.

Underrated gem. Not sure why there’s less than a thousand reviews. Most negative reviews complain about the app (they also have a website), but not things like getting scammed or the like. I’ve never had any problems ordering. Once, hair product spilled in box; I took a pic, and they replied in a friendly manner and gave me a full refund (actually was able to salvage much of the free product from the cracked bottle). Look for 36% off codes and use them. Huge selection of self care products, not limited to colognes. Compare price to Macy’s - certain colognes are marked up too high, but there are many great deals to be had!

OK so I just downloaded this app I first heard of this on the website because I was directly directed from a survey I did online but after reading the reviews that are about two years old got me wondering if this app is still having the same problems because I’m planning on subscribing or start purchasing on this app I want to stop using Scentbird because I think sunbird is a little too expensive so far this app got my attention so hopefully in the further future this app become become one of a kind for me of course. PS the good thing about this app is the coupons/etc. keep up the good work and please don’t mess it up.
