TytoCare is a telehealth solution that enables a comprehensive medical exam and telehealth visit, anytime and anywhere. It includes a hand-held device for examining the heart, lungs, ears, throat, skin, heart rate and temperature, and the TytoCare app for storing exam data, sharing it with a physician, and conducting a live video telehealth exam. Remember before reaching any conclusion from an exam, you should speak with a physician first. Amazing device and app!

The product and app work together seamlessly. They really thought of everything in terms of making it easy for non medical people like me to use. The hardest exam was the ear, but when I paid attention to the Siri guide on the app it showed me how to get a clear image for the doctor and gave me a check mark to show I did it right. I’m looking to spend less time in urgent care with my kids now that I have Tytocare

This service is a total joke and waste of time. My family has done 3 different appointments now. Every single time is nothing, waited over an hour each time, one visit was 2.5hr wait and no doc ended up ever showing up. You wait and wait and the doc cancels and just keeps switching you to new docs that never show up. Finally get through and doc says I need see someone in person for my infant’s rash. What’s the point of wasting an hour for doc to say see someone else for a rash. That’s one of the symptoms they advertise as being able to use this service for!!!!! Would have been faster and more effective to just go to urgent care instead of using this app every single time now. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this junk

Support staff was helpful, professional and quick to answer any questions. Mock telemedicine visit was convenient and with professional staff. Very convenient if you have a little dependent like I do - saves time and fuss with Dx visit in person if you don’t really have to go.

Can't view results, can't listen to heartbeat

I was hoping to take measurements to track my heart condition without having to send them to a doctor for interpretation. Why bother having two different headphone jacks if neither one will allow you to listen to your heartbeat? The video tutorials in the app are a waste of time. It would be faster and easier to list information next to a diagram. They'll even let you choose closed captioning for the videos, but it doesn't exist.I hope this app is still in development because the whole thing is a mess.
