Okay but two complaints.

The app works as advertised in that it provides discounts on purchases and it allows you to track how much you have spent and how much you have left in your account. However, I have two issues that I think need resolved:1. The app randomly logs you out for no reason. You can use it one day and the next day you have to remember your user name and password to get back into it. It’s time consuming. Either fix the issue or allow for biometric logins (ie Face ID)2. To combat #1 and not need to log into the app, it would be nice if the add to Apple Wallet feature worked in the settings page. Sadly, it does not. I have been getting errors for months when I try to add it. The app has the feature built in but it does not work. Even after new versions with bug fixes, it still doesn’t work.

The food court cafe for my company used Edify; never had a single issue. This year they switched to this app but the registration process is poorly designed/implemented and does not work.365Pay wants to verify my email, but the verification link in the email is integrated with their website instead of their mobile app, and so from the email it opens their website instead. Their website it’s not smart enough to know I’ve already downloaded and attempting the registration from their mobile app so it sends me to the App Store. When I switch back to the app, it tells me something went wrong and to try again. Now when I try to register again it says it’s sending the link but I never get the email.I usually go into the office about 10:30-11am after initial meetings anyway, so I’ll just keep getting fast food on the way in…it’s our food court cafe’s loss for choosing to use 365Pay’s! If you are a business, AVOID using this app!! You will loose customers you’ll never know about because they can’t register an account.

Often don’t get push message order is ready

When I am placing an order I do fairly consistently get a message that order received - but I often don’t get status messages that it’s being prepared or if it’s ready. Also if I’ve selected a time window, then quickly select what I want and put in cart - I may get a message that the time is no longer available - that’s fine but my complaint is it doesn’t retain what I ordered and I have to start from the beginning (pick a time, select item and add to cart again)

Downloaded this app so I can add the card work gave me with money pre installed. Was able to make an account. I linked the card to my account though the app. Says it was successful. At the kiosk the card has/had a balance as I have used it. But I am now afraid to add money to my account, because the app never updated to show my balance or purchases. I sent an email. The reply is to call in to the site with an phone number. So an agent can listen to me tell them what I emailed. The app should link all my stuff and show me purchases and balance. It should also should show me what keycard is linked to my account. And changing location to my new work site is a joke. The number provided at the kiosk isn’t valid to the app. I think I’m probably going to toss the cards and delete my account. It was a nice thing to have for emergencies or if I forgot my lunch.
