I love the app. I do have 2 things that I believe could be improved upon. When you are in a workout, you can see what you did last time you did that workout, but you can’t see your progress charts like you can when you are not in session. This added flexibility would be great. Also, adding RPE or RIR would make this app complete and quite possibly the best lifting app of the 20+ that I’ve downloaded.If these could be implemented(especially rpe) it would really be great

I love this app. It’s worth spending the few dollars on to completely open it up, you can easily track what you did the last time you worked out and see your progress.

The app itself is good. Simple and functional. The only improvement that I would like to see is integration with the health (activity) app. When I log in the workout it would be nice to see the calories burned. Other than that, I love it.

After a good free trial period it’s under $5 then you can make your own exercise to add to your routine. You can also print out pdf of your progress per excercise.
The exercise list is now split into two sections: My exercises (your own and ones you've done before) and Library (everything else), so you reach the exercises you actually use faster.
