SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
GETTING STARTED
To use the Texas Bank and Trust Mobile App, you must be enrolled as a Texas Bank and Trust Company Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.
I gave a rating of 3, and somehow you’ve given yourself a 4. I hit some kind of deposit “limit” on my checking account. Why would there be a deposit “limit” in the amount? You would think the bank would want more money deposited, not less. I have never heard of this from any other bank. Very troubling.
Functional with some issues.

The app is functional although lacking in an intuitive navigation. Some features are difficult to find, setting spending limits on your debit card for example. Then there are features that don’t work for unknown reasons, Bill Pay, Zelle as examples. I have called Tech support and they don’t have an explanation. They said they’d look into it… we’ll see.Other than that the tech support people are curious and helpful as are the members of my local branch.

TBT online service is the absolute best. Very easy to learn. The level of knowledge and professionalism each employee has is unmatched. With TBT I don’t feel like a “customer” more like family. Anytime someone outside your family asks you about your family feels one’s heart with so much hope and respect for that person as well as the other TBT employees.
