If I’m being honest. I would have to give this app a 5 star rate 🌟. When I was little I wasn’t religious nor I never prayed. But as I grew older and older I started taking Islamic zoom classes but still I was never interested. But a couple months ago I joined a new masjid where we had to pray which I never really liked, until I got closer with Allah. I started praying and praying but hardly ever prayed because I never knew what times, until my best friend Samar introduced me to this app about what time to pray, the Hadith, relaxing music and stories, and so then I downloaded the app and I became super religious started praying more which why I truly love this app. Mashallah. 🤩

The prayers do not stay on or come on when you open the app, and the notification for the call to prayer doesn’t let you listen to the prayer &/or let it stay on either when you open the app AND when the notification comes up on the phone. I remember that you used to be able to listen to and see the prayer on this app once you opened it, but it is not working anymore/now. It is extremely frustrating, and it would be awesome if you guys could please fix this issue so that we can still see and listen to the prayer once you open the app &/or when the notification pops up too. Alhamdulillah. Being impressed with beautiful interface, yesterday I purchased full premium package. Now notification is not working. I have checked all the settings of App and my Phone (iPhone 11). I have found no issues. Everything is alright. But only Azan notification is not working. Alas! That was the main purpose of buying this App. I am feeling like the man who brought harm for himself being attracted by beauty but losing the purpose. Please fix this issue.Update from Athan Pro customer service: a new update is coming this week and the above mentioned issue will be resolved. The news makes me so happy that I am increasing few stars now and rest I will increase after seeing the following suggestions are coming in effect:Full athan doesn’t play during notification or it doesn’t have any option. Only way is to access and play from App setting. An option to play full athan during notification when mobile is locked would make this app more lovable. Vibration should be added. It is in some situations more convenient and useful than silent or beep. Alongside daily Hadith, one Ayat daily from Quran will highly be regarded and increase the number of subscribers. If appropriate, an athan pro community can be launched to inspire discussion and connections amongst devout Muslims all around the world.

Beautiful interface, but not worth the whiskey glass ads that popped up. When I am using a “dunya” app and liquor or whatever pops up that is the risk you take using that app. Muslims have a right to expect better from an app geared towards Muslims. Advertisements that are not in keeping with your content should not appear. The fact that the app developer does not have control over the ads that are shown is not a good enough excuse. The app developer had the option of not using ads altogether. I understand the need for monetizing the app but there are other ways to do that. Helping advertise things outside of the Islamic life style when people are coming to an app to positively influence their Islamic lifestyle will never be appropriate. Especially when there are other athan apps that can be used without these ads. Muslims let’s raise our standards.
