Supershift is great for keeping up with your shift working schedule and all other calendar events in between. With Supershift, scheduling is easy and quick, plus it works with the Apple Watch for a quick view. You can customize shifts with colors and icons and add as many shifts per day as you’d like.

If you work an assortment of different shift schedules this is THE ONE to use. Tried several others that just weren’t flexible enough to match my work schedule. We run four shifts, twelve hours a day, six days a week. You can work A shift Monday, Wednesday; then D shift Tuesday; C on Saturday; and B shift on Thursday. Sunday is always off, but days off bounce around through the weeks. Adding that kind of schedule by the normal way you add to a calendar can be frustrating and time consuming. This solves that, because your fixed shift hours are saved and instantly available. Being able to add your schedule to your phones calendar makes it easy to share your schedule by simply having the app drop the schedule into one of your already shared iPhone calendars. Any changes made in the app instantly appear in the phones calendar. Overall, I can only say it’s perfect for me.The only things I don’t like is there’s no provision for adding break or end of shift alerts. You have to take the additional steps to add these in whatever calendar you have added the shifts to.

I am a nurse who works here and there in a clinic through the week and jus picked up a local travel job. This keeps me in line with both jobs and activities my grand babies have going on. I’ve used another app for a while but kept noticing after I put my days in it started shifting them forward or backward a day. And now they want monthly subscription, Forget that. I like you can put several appts on one day and color coded to match the job or activity. Definitely buying the full version. Very happy with it. UPDATE….I have had this app a little over a year now, and I would be completely lost without it. It does everything I need, like color coding my work schedule (2 jobs) to my special occasions even tracking when my monthly bills are due. Pay the 7.99 it’s absolutely worth it to keep your life in order. Can’t say enough great things about it. Thanks guys from shift nurses everywhere!!

I have always been a user of a purse calendar because I could see the whole month at a glance. I have tried to use the phone “Apple” calendar but just seeing dots everyday is not helpful for me at all. I have been able to customize this calendar to include all of my schedules! I have my kids events, my work schedule, my husbands work schedule. I also have added my favorites sports teams schedules and birthdays show up as well. You can sync all of your apple calendars with this one. This one is so much easier to see at a glance. Best of all my Apple watch shows my calendar to. I preset the different shifts I work into a template so I can easily add them to my calendar. This is one app I could not be without! Highly recommend, hands down the best out there.

I’ve only had this app for a few days and I absolutely love it!!! I only got it cause I'm so used to working in retail or the food industry (all those places use scheduling apps) and my new job doesn't use one so I wanted a personal one to track my shifts. All the customizations you can do on here and how it saves shifts so you don't have to retype repeated ones (which is amazing for me cause I work at theatre company now and my work schedule is basically the show schedule) are incredible. You can also input your pay rate and I'll add up your hours and calculate how much money you'll make for that time period. AND if you go pro (which a nice cheap one time purchase) it syncs to your icloud and your calendar (perk for apple users). I love it. Definitely recommend.

Once configured, Supershift reads your calendar and sets your alarms automatically every day. Whether you are working an early shift, a night shift, or enjoying a day off, your alarm will always go off at the exact right time without you needing to manually adjust it every evening.
How to set it up:
• Open Supershift and tap on More in the navigation menu.
• Select Shift Alarms.
• Assign your preferred wake-up times to your shifts and let the app handle the rest.
