App requires frequent log-ins. Functionality of the app is very limited. Most limiting factor for Yale is their customer service, which is the worst I've ever experienced.

There is no support and very frustrating set up. Will be returning the whole thing- lock, handle, as it’s useless if Amazon and Yale don’t support their apps.
