Two Suggestions

1. I want to schedule payments for Nayatel but can’t do this since it is listed as Internet company and not Landline. It would be nice to combine the two categories and list them under Bill Payments. Looking at all the common bills like electricity, gas, water and internet on the same screen will be more user friendly. 2. Each time you open the app, you are greeted with a Bank Loan Promotion and once you dismiss it, you are presented with another Thank You screen, thus requiring two screens to dismiss. After sometime it starts to play on your nerves. If you have to do promotion, just do it like once every six months or a year ideally. This is just nonsense to do it every time you open the app. It takes time to write these reviews and the hope is that you will incorporate the user feedback thus improving the overall app experience. Thanks

I’ve been using the mobile app since a few years now. It really helps when I’m abroad. I like the scheduled billing. But it has some bugs which I would like to be fixed. Comparing with some US bank apps, it should have the option to select a date or at least know the date on which the automatic payment will be done. Otherwise I can’t rely on it that my bill will be paid before its due date. I have missed a few bills this way. I can’t predict if my automatic payment will be done on time. Second thing is that the transaction time in the app is showing local time. Not the transaction time, which I expect. I can see that on my phone anyway. I gave details to a customer service person already. Hoping that the app improves. Thanks.

Notifications cannot be found in app

Every time I get a notification, I click on it to read more but it sends me directly to the login page. My frustration is exasperated because after logging in, the notification is nowhere to be found. You should create a tab for notifications that is easy to find or have the app load the notification after logging in.
