I payed 60 bucks for premium subscription and it still only gives me 15 minutes to use the AI quiz feature? And it’s making me pay 10 more bucks now for an extra 30 min only??? Are you serious?? I payed a lot of money and for them to not even give me full access to some features and make me pay more to access it is insanely greedy and expensive!! I want a refund!

We understand that you expected more voice AI time with Premium, and we're sorry for the disappointment.Voice AI tokens are paid for separately because real-time audio tokens are among the most expensive types of AI tokens and cost significantly more than text tokens. We pay our provider, OpenAI, for the tokens used in your conversations, which creates substantial ongoing costs.For comparison, buying a car does not mean you receive free fuel for the rest of your life. Similarly, a Premium subscription that gives you access to the 3D Atlas and included study tools does not provide an unlimited supply of voice AI tokens. Additional voice time is purchased separately to cover those ongoing costs. It’s kind of helpful looking at the 3D model to study the bones and landmarks but it doesn’t show all of the ones I need to know and it uses different names for some of them. I don’t think it’s worth the money. I did the yearly subscription which showed that I could pay 8 dollars per month which would total yo about 100 dollars a year. I was just charged 100 dollars outright instead of 8 dollars a month. This is really upsetting because I feel as tho I have been misinformed with my subscription and I am a college student who does not have to finances to pay that outright. There are other apps that will be more worth your time that are free.
