I am subscribed to Bake from Scratch since 2015 . The last 2 issues I did not receive and I paid for it. I have been emailing many times And getting no response or have been given a phone number to talk to a customer service agent to rectify this issue. Love the magazine but I am going to forced to cancel .Please fix this problem

I absolutely LOVE the magazine. I’ve tried many of the recipes and they turn out wonderfully. The app, however, is a challenge. My account stopped working on my iPad even though my account is current. But, I can see the magazine on my iPhone. The two devices should be in sync. I hope this is being fixed.

Have subscribed to this magazine since its creation and love it. Added unlimited digital access this year but since it was done through the publisher does not work with the app, only on the web. There is no way to enter account log in on the app. FAQs listed on the app state to contact them for assistance in this situation, but when contacted they state it is not possible to use the app unless subscription done through your Apple ID. Very poor model and inconsistent with all other magazine apps we use.

Good luck getting new issues when they launch. You have to jump through so many hoops just to get what you pay for. You’re better off just getting apple news and finding a magazine similar on there.
