It’s great! I gave 4 stars only because my phone gave it a 4 as I was reaching for 5 stars. It’s quick especially when using the fingerprint for access. It allows access using your face, but I find that a little shower. Might just be my phone. The Great thing about the mobile banking app, is its secure, it protects your account, and the staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. This place is better than any bank!! Bill C.
Be careful with pending v. Available funds

I love this app; I use it as my primary access to my bank accounts over my desktop or laptop computers. However, I run into trouble when the app shows me my available funds vs. my pending funds. I recently got into some trouble with overdraft because for some reason it said my balance was $179 but with all the pending charges I only had an available $54. When I saw these numbers, I obviously didn't buy anything especially not over $54 to cause me to overdraft my account, yet somehow I still ended up over drafting even though I made no more purchases when I saw that my available was $54. When I called it was explained to me what was going on on their end, but it looks completely different from my end! As always the representatives were very helpful! Hopefully this makes sense and helps others to not make the same mistake as myself!

I love Lafcu but there website needs to be updated I really like the app because it’s very convenient I just hated the fact that I’m not able to link my different accounts together and have access to them all at my fingertip I have to actually logout of one and back in to have access to the other and even call in just to make a transfer from one account to another and that can get very frustrating when they only operate at business hours but other than that this is the best credit union hands down

I just signed up and it’s very user friendly with a simple, functional layout.If I can recommend a feature, I’d recommend showing the APY% in the account details area and having a daily interest tracker so I can track how much interest I’ve earned over time.I think that would be a great feature addition as the app itself is already in the right direction of being very user friendly.
