Can’t access my tickets via the app

I have loaded the new app at least twice in four days. I have a pair of tickets that I have up for sale that I couldn’t update. Next I was able to see the “face” of my tickets but couldn’t access the bar codes for any of the games. Then I couldn’t access my Falcons account at all. Not a good situation since I can’t view my tickets in the Ticketmaster app. And no way to get help fixing my issue. And yes I’ve reached out to the ATL Falcons for help...no response so far.

Doesn’t Work on WiFi

When the app works properly, it’s awesome but there just seems be too many issues. My biggest issue is that when I get on WiFi, I can’t get in the app at all. But cellular data works just fine. What’s the point in paying for WiFi if the only way to use the app is by burning through my data. Please fix this issue if you can. It’s really annoying. I love my Falcons and I travel a lot for work and mostly use WiFi when on the road. Please fix. I will update my review if the issue is resolved

Impossible to use

I went on the Atlanta Falcons website to purchase game tickets. The force you to use Ticketmaster or similar services. I paid over $500 for 2 tickets, including $100+ “convenience fee.” I received an email saying that the tickets can only be downloaded onto my mobile device and to use the Falcons app. No paper tickets, no stored images allowed. This app will not download. So I cannot access the tickets I paid for. Terrible service!
