Helping me take control

The convenience of this app has helped inter grade my finances into part of my life. Instead of waiting for a monthly statement I see where my money is going. It’s an organizing tool to help me stay on track with my financial goals.

The reason for the 4 star is I utilize the app on my iPhone and iPad and it seems a little sensitive to the touch. It might be just me but I’m constantly prompting things back because my touch is always taking me to somewhere I didn’t intend. It could be a case of fat fingers! Any suggestions would be helpful.

Mostly OK

Lately the app on my iPhone as you login just goes to a blank black screen so of course it’s completely unusable. Two other things:1) the checkbox on the login screen for using touch ID is too complicated. You have to follow the exact sequence of entering your password, then checking the box, and then pressing the login button. It would be a lot easier if you once you checked it, it stayed checked. 2) the picture taking of the check is very awkward. Usually the screen frame is upside down and if you take the picture that way the app is unhappy. If you manage to get the screen rotated it around so it’s right side up, then the picture of the check is upside down and you have to turn the check so it’s upside down to get it to line up with that is the frame. Beyond those quibbles it’s a pretty good app and useful.

Does the job, but horrible reactive interface

This app does its job. That’s about the best thing I can find over the past year since it’s been released. You can look at your accounts and it’s very good at showing history with this cool “chart” and shows all transactions.

The bad:
The app is so glitchy and super touchy. If you barely swipe or tap on something, half of the time the apps response is to click onto a transaction that you didn’t want to look at so you will find yourself backing out a lot and scrolling to find things only to be sent into other transactions that you don’t want to look at. The touch and swipe engineering was horribly designed for this app and it needs updates. Pretty sad since banking apps have been out for almost 10 years. You’d think they would have put out a better app by now…
