I was treated with such great care from the doctors to the nurses. I have never felt more comfortable in a hospital sitting and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and took exceptional care of me and unborn baby. I was feeling awkward at first for the procedure with my goods hanging out and all the nurses, doctors, and other staff that was there to assist with the procedure were there but they made it not so uncomfortable for me especially my favorite nurse who took care of me during the day was there prepping(cleaning) my belly for the procedure helped me feel the most comfortable. She is such a light and so thankful that I was out int the hands of this care team! I thank you!

When making an appointment, I can’t just check the “when to call 911” box. I have to click on the link. And when I do, the app just crashes making it impossible to schedule urgent care. Only useful for getting an idea of which nearby urgent care has the least wait, not for virtually holding your place in line.

Proxy issues
I have tried SEVERAL times to get my daughter’s account setup through the proxy and have yet to be given permission. I have drs that I need to send message to and I’m unable to do that. Very disappointed!
