I’m 66 years old and I can tell that I’m not really tech-savvy. I needed to fax some files from my iPhone to Medicare. Normally when I have to fax things, I go to the post office but it is about 20 mins drive and I was feeling under the weather the other day. I called my friend and he told me me about Easy Fax. It was my first time ever using application like this and I was worried if I would be able to understand what to do. The screen symbols were very clear to guide me step by step what to do. The document I had to fax was a little old and hard to read but the Easy Fax has this amazing feature that allowed me to make the text darker. In addition, the application has a cropping feature which is very useful, especially if you have to take a picture of your documents and there is extra background you don’t need. I received a confirmation that my fax was sent successfully within 2 minutes. Also the first page was for free. I never get anything for free at the Post office. After downloading the app and faxing my files without anyone’s help, I was proud of myself and also realized how easy it was to fax with this app. Next time when I have to fax something, I no longer will have to drive to the post office but can just stay at home and use Easy Fax directly on my iPhone. I wish I had known about Easy Fax earlier, it would have saved me a lot of time and money because it is even cheaper than faxing at the post office. I highly recommend this application for anyone who needs to fax anything without headache. Thank you, Easy Fax!

First off let me start off by saying I am Disabled. Legally blind, hard of hearing, Lupus, Fibromyalgia and just had my 4th brain surgery this past December for some ongoing complications to other medical issues I am facing. I am married with two young daughters ages ten and six and both of whom are very spunky, energetic and could exhaust a t-Rex. I have more than one degree, was the soul provider for my family before I fell ill, and am constantly fighting with my long term disability company to keep my claim open long enough for social security to realize that yes, I am in fact disabled. (Even though their doctor, my doctor and a third party doctor ALL told them I am disabled and that they cannot find a job I can do but are "optimistic" there is something somewhere in the world, yes, that is what it said and yes I thought it was a joke but people, we are here for a whole other reason. Now that you have the "gist" of it, I can say without much effort of understanding that I am busy, exhausted and below the poverty level, I.e- 85% of ALL Americans.Now, my point: I can say without question this was the most convenient, price conscious (worth every penny), and timely part of my day! My apartments offers business/ office using, but here's the best part. There's NO FAX !!!!! Seriously, I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried! So again, Super fast, Super cheap (in a really really good way), and SUPER CONVENIENT!!! Oh, and in less than 2 to 3 minutes I had faxed 4 pages across the country, on time before close of business, had received a confirmation and was able to call to confirm the legitimacy and that they had in fact received ALL 4 pages of my fax. Will absolutely recommend to everyone! Thank you!!! Thank you!

I chose this app noting it did seem more private - not needing to know where I am or who my friends are. That was the only “good” I experienced. In following the nonintuitive process to send a fax - had to fill out cover sheet 4-5 times - then upload 3 pages. Turns out it has a very specific order to do things. It was more try/fail learning curve. It took about 15 min learning app well enough to get my Face sheet filled out & upload 3 pages for fax set up. The process from there - hitting send - waiting for app to tell me fax was successfully sent/received took much longer than I’d ever believe! 17 min to send cover sheet & 3 pages. It was very important & I quickly began to lack faith. You will be forced at the time you hit send to purchase the app. You can sign up for month to year plan. HOWEVER, the year plan was the only one that gave you 3 day trial. After spending a total of 15 min to download - learn/setup a fax to send - hitting send - forced to purchase app - then waiting anxiously for almost 20 min was a 40 min process to send a single 4 page fax. If that’s worth $55 a year - you will love this. I did not. When I cancelled the trial I was MORTIFIED the auto renewal fee is $100 a year!!

I have been using Easy Fax for my business, and I communicate with dozens of companies that need to fax me on a regular basis. Everything seemed to be going fine for a few months until one day my fax number disappeared! When I would open the app, it would prompt me to select a fax number as though I had not done so already. Despite paying already for an annual subscription and being nowhere near my renewal date, Easy Fax dropped my number, which sent my business into a death spiral that is taking me weeks to fix! I’m talking having to edit my website, print new business cards, and change my information with a long list of companies who I do business with. Worst of all, I have missed out on important opportunities because of faxes being sent to my previous now nonexistent number. Despite emailing customer service several times, I have never once received a response, and so I have been forced to select a brand new number, just so I can continue operating. I will definitely not be renewing my subscription, and I’m actively looking for a more reliable fax service that won’t fail me. I couldn’t be more disappointed.
