I bought the Inito Fertility Monitor while trying to conceive our rainbow baby, and it ended up being one of the best decisions I made. The app and device are easy to use and I love that it tracks the 4 essential hormones involved in conception. I also like that there’s a chart view so users can assess how their levels have changed between each test. They also give explanations of each result after each test and the role of the four hormones. I started TTC using one of the basic hormone-tracking OTC devices and after getting “low fertility” twice, I panicked that I might not be fertile. I’m a bit older hence the panic lol. Because Inito tests multiple hormones and provides insightful explanations and charts, I could see that getting a “low fertility “ result on those particular days was normal - I just wasn’t in the fertile part of my cycle AS YET. That level of clarity alone is worth the price over the typical OTC brands.

I just wanted to share my experience with Inito as this is my last cycle with it before moving onto the fertility clinic. Inito is designed to detect the start of a surge. I test at 6-6:30am as I work at 7:30am. Every month I have had to use cheapies to start catching my surge usually by 10am and then retest with Inito to ensure I am catching the start of my peak. I just hate this design because if I were not double testing Inito would only be marking my peak at the end of the surge. I think literature is showing that LH isn’t starting in the AM for many users and they start surging in the afternoon. I could totally be wrong on that. But I see this exact scenario almost daily on this app. Maybe there needs to be an adjustment on when to test or can we be supplied with more than 15 tests. Even with skipping the first few days after baseline it’s not enough tests. I have loved Inito so much with how clean the chart is. I hate the Premom app as the tests don’t line up perfectly and it’s not as clean looking. I think inito is fantastic for users who are having trouble with timing their cycles that are longer and unpredictable ovulation. Only having 15 tests to work off in a cycle and those who have 40-50 days long cycles I feel for your wallet because holy moly I only have 28/29 day cycles and it’s expensive. I just purchased a pack of 5 so that I can finish the month strong and say goodbye to the device. I did get pregnant with Inito once which ended in MC and am 9 months post and 12 months total of TTC

Excellent. But what would make this a game changer is if you can add HCG. Given the cost of the strips, this seems to help with tracking hormone levels without having to constantly get blood work (only at certain check points). Having HCG will help during the first few weeks of early pregnancy during which HCG levels truly do matter and provide very sensitive insight into the health of the embryo. Many people have threatened miscarriages (yes I know it’s a sensitive topic especially since this is a consumer product) BUT having some general idea of the embryo’s development, or lack thereof, truly would help mothers-to-be. Not to mention expand your market and consumer lifecycle / value of the product a little bit more. Thanks
