The app was fine when I first downloaded it a couple of months ago. A solid three stars. I rated it that way because it has some great workouts, but there was no way to save favorite workouts or create a daily schedule of workouts. It did have a history so at least you could keep track of your favorite workouts that way. The problem was that workouts that you started but didn’t finish because you hated them still got saved in your history. With the latest update, the history is gone. Now there’s absolutely no way to keep track of the workouts you like. On top of that, I’ve clicked on several videos since the update and they don’t play. The description might say “28 minutes”, but when you go to play it, it says it’s 0:00 minutes long. Tried that with several videos and they didn’t play. Worse still, there’s no way to contact support to tell them the videos aren’t there.A hugely disappointing update.
Developer Response
I'm sorry to hear that you have been disappointed by the most recent update, but we appreciate you taking the time to provide this review. We were able to look into your report of the video issue and were able to identify a small number of classes that were failing to play after the update. We fixed the problem on our end so all videos should not play. While we were able to pack in a bunch of new features in this update, class history did miss the cut. We are working on that now and your play history should be available again soon. In the meantime, you can find your history in the web portal at flex.fod247.fitness. We also have a favorites feature planned for the near future.
Yikes

Saw a lot of bad reviews from years ago about the apps ability to actually work. I regret to inform you all the app is still as dis functional and broken as before, won’t cast, won’t play, can’t find the kiosk. To give the app a fair chance I’ve spoken to multiple people in several buildings that offer this service and %90 of the time the app does not work. Considering writing a proposal to my property management about looking for an alter it even workout program or just getting rid of this one. Wow, is it bad.
Screen is fixed
Sarabelle777
So far all the work outs have been great but the screen is fixed to be up and down. You cannot turn your phone or iPad sideways for the screen to get bigger. Especially on strength training, it wld be better if I cld make the screen full size, rather than the 1/2 the size of my screen. You really need to be able to turn your device to watch it in any direction.
Will not all to sign up for classes
MRC1754
This app will not allow me to set my gym as a location but somehow am able to see the classes for m gym. Since I can see the classes, I’ve tried to sign up for them, and this app will not allow me to sign up for the classes. When I called the customer service number, they were unable locate my gym by name or address EVEN THOUGH could see the gym highlighted in blue- I was told just to deal with my gym? What nonsense since my gym DID NOT create his app and does not have any control as to the access within the app!
