I made a deposit a few weeks ago and it went through without a problem today I made a deposit and it shows an error but it took the money out of my bank account I try to do a chat and it’s taking a long time for a response so I’m trying to figure out where is my money how can I go about retrieving it or did it go to my grandson‘s account this is very inconvenient and I’m not understanding it I guess I’ll just take my chances and Mail have my money order from now on

7/9/24…. I used this app and website few weeks ago with no problem. Now last week and yesterday each time I get error on the payments. It does NOT deposit the money in my sons account BUT it deducts money from my bank causing temp holds for up to 4 days… I’ve tried calling in to do a payment, the actual website from a PC and the app from my phone and still errors. The company fails to acknowledge they have a processing problem on THEIR end..I’ve chatted by chat and talked to them by phone and NO HELP. Like the staff is very under trained. All they keep saying is it’s a problem with my bank.. I have 3 different bank accounts, 3 debit cards and ALL cards had error processing issues. One representative told me to get a prepaid CC and use instead. Okay, took her advice, went to Amscot and got a prepaid card. Still a error but the amount I tried using is still a hold on that prepaid card too. I called back and explained to another agent that this is four cards total given errors that may be there’s a problem on their end processing payments. Again, they want to argue and say it’s my bank. OK three actual bank accounts and one prepaid debit card. I’ll get error problems. The agents are very unskilled and no help and I took the advice and contacted my bank, and my bank said there is no problem on their end and there is no blocks on my account to prevent the transaction.. It’s very clear They themselves have a payment processing error on their end and they don’t want to acknowledge it to fix it. It’s much easier to blame the customers banks… I believe it’s the access corrections themselves has a bug in the system that is not processing payments and again they want to not knowledge it’s an issue on their end.

This is app is horrible I have been using it since the day it came out and now all of a sudden you can’t add funds to your inmates accounts. I’ve used cards with tens of thousands of dollars on them,credit cards with plenty of money one time I used 6 different cards all with more then the tiny 60$ I was trying to put on and every time it’s a error message. I’m sick of it. And sometimes it will even put your money on hold until it gets refunded do y’all not understand not every one has enough money to have their money on hold!!! They could be using some of the little bit they have left to help their loved one and you guys take it and take days to give it back. Now inmates are going weeks without canteen because people don’t know you can call and do it. You need to put out an email or a warning at the top of the page saying your app isn’t working correctly right now and not to add funds over the app. Hope the people that are doing this never go to prison or have a love one go and have to deal with what they are doing to us.

Let me be clear, it’s not just the app that’s disgustingly racist and abismal, it’s the WHOLE SERVICE!For over a month, I have been trying to help a good friend of mine, get money into his commissary account (through his family who doesn’t speak English) Every transaction we try to deposit into his account goes through on our end, but gets flagged for “security” reasons on access corrections end,…leaving us wondering “where is that money going?” The customer service number provided offered them no Spanish translator and refused to help them by email, claiming that they’re have been no deposits made under the phone number or email they are being contacted from. Luckily, I was able to get them a lawyer involved today and the jail is making every effort possible to help us despite access corrections lack of effort. I work with at risk teens in the area and I’ve noticed a similar pattern of behavior (not always this extreme) with most of my minority students. It’s extremely disheartening and absolutely disgusting that any tax payer dollar was wasted to incorporate this inefficient and broken system into our jails, where we are supposed to be focused on rehabilitating and returning citizens into society, not setting them back further.
