App was very easy to use to set up a round trip transportation to and from our hotel. We also set up an activity to go to Bora Bora beach club in La Isla Del Rosario which was amazing. The only drawback for me was the fact that there was no hotel pick up which was not a big issue for me because I was within a walking distance to the meeting point but may have been for others that were not. Also the speed boat ride back can be rough because the tides get high in the Caribbean Sea(I do not know if it is only this time of the year or if it is always like that). Overall I had an awesome experience and this app contributed to that.

We had a fantastic time with Maurizio on our covered passageway tour yesterday! He was so knowledgeable and personable and really taught us so much about this part of Paris that we had never seen! He brought visual aids so we could see the comparison of what exists now and how the passageways and other structures have changed over time. He shared tips about what to see and do and where to eat while in Paris, along with the history of the many passageways we walked through. We had a great walk and the two seventeen year olds were engaged and loved it! Thank you, Maurizio!

Better than any excursion we booked through our cruise, our guide was more interesting and more relevant than any other speaker we encountered on our Baltic cruise with Norwegian. Plus we got to see so many sights we felt like our day was complete. I would’ve liked to have the option to stop and take even a few minutes in some of the shopping locations and possibly a bathroom but I’d book a tour with this company again, no doubt! Good and cheap but don’t expect help if your plane or plane change and don’t expect luggage to fit

A group or 37 of family and friends we made all transfers and tours with Civitatis. Now all good except that when our plane was delayed they couldn’t pick us up because they only wait a certain mountain of time. Then some of us was stuck in line in Customs due to few personnel and we lost te transfers and the money. Also watch put for the luggage count some vehicles they sent did not provide the space for the luggage as contracted. Oh, and on the topic of tour guides, some were excellent, some were late, some were just ok and one who gave us a tour to la Sagrada Familia was when asked about the holy door on this Jubilee year, answered with an attitude “all doors in a church are holy” couldn’t believe her answer and attitude.
