I will be succinct. I cannot access my bank account because the banner meant to introduce they new features banner cannot be bypassed. It is paginated in such a way that makes it impossible for me to scroll down to to tap the “do not remind me” or the “remind me later” buttons. So I “literally” can do nothing with your app. I have never written an app review before, but I have never been so annoyed by an app before. First time for everything I guess. Please fix this. I am on an iPhone SE running iOS 17.6.1.

It’s not a bad app, but it could be better as it’s a little behind the curve when it comes to technology. It would be nice to support the iPhone X with Face ID since we no longer have use of Touch ID. Also, there needs to be a way to implement text alerts. The email alerts are slow, and transactions don’t show up on the account right away. If anything unauthorized did happen, you wouldn’t know until days later. It would be nice to be able to see our transactions the same day, but that may not be app-related.

The app is really useful and user friendly, especially after adding Touch ID support. It is however a step behind of the products developed by other financial institutions. My particular request is for UNFCU to finally update it to be compatible with iPhoneX both to take advantage of its bigger screen and Face ID support.

Why is UNFCU such a Mickey Mouse business?? I log in to my account and the app forced me to update. So I update. And what happens next? One of these guided screens comes up to tell me about the new features, BUT there’s no way to get out of that, and actually access my account. It appears there’s a blue button or bar at the bottom of the screen (possibly an “exit” or “continue” button?) but unfortunately, it’s too far down at the bottom of the screen for me to click on it. Guess I’ll have to wait until my log-in times out and I can log in again. Not a good start at all, UNFCU. Do better!
