New: • Missive is now available in French and German (beta). Choose your language in Settings > Appearance > Display, or let Missive follow your device language. Please report any layout issues or translations that read wrong, and let us know what the next languages should be! • HTML emails now have a dark mode. In the dark theme they get a generated dark version instead of a bright white block, with brand colours and images left alone, and the sun/moon button next to Reply switches a single message back to light. • SMS and WhatsApp messages that end up in the wrong conversation can be split into their own with "Move messages to a new conversation" in a message's menu. Improvements: • The keyboard is smoother on iPhone and iPad. The composer, comment box, drawers, and dialogs now glide with it as it opens and closes, on iOS 17.2 or later. • Tapping the Draft token on a conversation in the list opens it scrolled to your latest draft, even deep in a long thread. • Zoom meetings added through Google's Zoom add-on now show their name and logo, and events with a Zoom, Meet, or Teams link in the location get a video row with a Join button. • Exiting search keeps the conversation you were reading open, with your scroll position and expanded messages intact. • The AI assistant can now read files attached to internal comments and posts, not only those on messages. • Radios and checkboxes have a new look. Improvements: • Past events are faded by default, and a new "Fade past events" option in the calendar Layout menu turns that off. • Calendar events carry more of their calendar's colour, and past events fade as a whole so they stay recognizable. • The snooze picker and other date pickers show the grid, weekend shading, and larger dates, and picking a day from a neighbouring month keeps you on the month you were viewing. • A lock icon marks private events in every calendar view, including free/busy blocks synced from another calendar. Fixes: • Short calendar events no longer crop their title. • Event descriptions no longer lose their meeting link when the event has no conference attached. • Clicking a task notification in an already-read conversation now opens it properly. • Hundreds of disconnected accounts no longer flood the app with a banner each. • The app no longer freezes for organizations with 1,000+ email accounts.

New: • A brand new calendar, now with teammate availability. Type a teammate, team, or contact into Meet with and their availability appears over your calendar, and new events add them as guests. Also new: extra time zone columns, a time zone on each event, focus time, Google event labels, Microsoft categories, attachments, busy or free status, default reminders, and options for how many days to show, weekends, declined events, and week numbers. • Pin anything in a conversation: the link buried 200 messages deep, the decision made in a comment last week, the address everyone keeps asking for. Pins stay one tap away for everyone in the conversation, in a dedicated Pins section of the Details sidebar. Improvements: • Dark mode has been completely overhauled. Improvements: • Warnings, errors, and confirmations across the app now look and behave the same wherever you meet them. • When you share an account, the Auto-archive list now offers Everyone, so anyone who joins your organization later is covered without you adding them by hand. It also lists everyone in your organization, not only the people the account is already shared with. • Email signatures in drafts created by the AI assistant or by a rule now use the name and address from your organization profile, matching what you get when you write the draft yourself. • The label list no longer re-sorts as you tick labels off, so a second tap cannot land on one that just slid under your finger. New: • External AI apps like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor can now connect to Missive through the Model Context Protocol and act on your conversations, contacts, calendar, and drafts, with the permissions you choose. An admin enables it for the organization in Settings, then anyone on the team can connect their own AI app. • The AI assistant now shows what it's doing: a spinner on the session tab while it works, and a blue dot on the tab and the sidebar button when it's done replying or paused for your input or approval. A conversation with sessions attached gets a "Go to related session(s)" button. Improvements: • The AI assistant now answers questions about Missive itself. New: • Rules can now be duplicated directly to a different scope. The Duplicate action lets you pick a destination such as Personal or any organization you manage. Missive creates a pre-filled copy scoped to that target, automatically removing conditions or actions that do not apply. Improvements: • MCP integrations in the assistant are now loaded on demand instead of all at once, reducing unnecessary token usage.
