I used to use FASHIONPHILE only on the web, because their app wasn’t easy to use and have limited features, now I see the app is changed, very alike their web experience, and simply so enchanted by all gorgeous photos and the graphic designs, of course the product selection is awesome as always.Love the new app! Only thing I want to feedback is the loading page by page is slow, hope it can be improved soon.

I’ve made a few purchases from FASHIONPHILE and have been impressed with the products, condition and service. I have limited my shopping as of late as the app has been glitchy for years despite keeping all of my software up to date- it will close randomly, log you out mid-session despite not leaving the app (and losing your place among a search of 1000s of items) and worst of all it regularly (9.5 out of 10 items) won’t show pictures of the items, or will only display one or two of the 10+ posted on the listing. Not sure what the point of having an app is if you still have to research on the website which can also have the picture and logout issues.I wish I could say it’s user error, but having the most up to date Apple devices and software don’t help. Please fix these issues - it has caused me to look and buy from elsewhere due to these issues and I know I’m not the only one.

The new Fashionphile app is fantastic! It’s super easy to use, and finding what I want is quick and simple. The pictures are clear, and the whole shopping process is smooth. What I really love is the chat feature where I can talk to customer service and get advice from personal shoppers. It’s a great touch and super helpful. Everything feels faster and just works better than before. Kudos to Fashionphile for this amazing update!

I’ve been shopping and selling with FASHIONPHILE for years and this app is a serious liability on my bank account in the best way possible. The whole experience of shopping on their new app is fun, smooth, and lovely - they have the best selection of authentic luxury, hands down, including super rarities and collector items us handbag guys and gals totally swoon over. It’s just really easy to use (too easy says my husband!). Love this app! Highly recommend!
