Track changes in water height in tidal regions and along rivers and lakes with the tides function. View a body of water in North America, and the app will update to reflect the current water levels. View predicted water heights up to 18 hours in advance and track the next tidal variances.

Check the weather, including a complete seven-day forecast, across all of North America. Easily view the temperature, wind speed, and wave height as you move around the map. The local daily forecasts are color-coded to show if it is dangerous to go boating, using guidelines from the Coast Guard's small vessel advisory.
- Fleets of Friends -
See who is on the water and where they are by adding friends to your fleet. Share your locations with members of your fleet to make meeting up a breeze. Want to keep your best fishing hole a secret, even from your boating buds? Easily hide your location to boat under the radar.

This app is amazing and goes beyond my expectations! I love the step by step of how to use the app and each of its functions for beginners such as myself! This app has every single available dock logged around me whether it’s for all the local popular well known spots or if it’s the small hidden docks that are not often used, this app has them all marked! I love the weather/wind prediction aspect so you’re always aware of the current and potential future conditions. Also love that you can enter your boat size into the app and it tells you in the what parts of the water are safe and deep enough to travel in and what parts are not deep enough for your boat, and that it changes based on the tides of that time! Overall I highly recommend and If you are a frequent boater this app is well worth the yearly subscription!

Wavve Boating has turned out to be one of the most accurate and easy‑to‑use navigation apps I’ve ever used on the water. The interface is simple, the controls are intuitive, and the chart data is precise enough to rely on in tight areas like Naples Bay. The app gives you real‑time vessel position, depth shading, environmental conditions, and a direction line that updates instantly based on how you point your phone — making it effortless to understand exactly where your boat sits in relation to channels, shoals, and markers.One of the most impressive features is how Wavve Boating still displays official buoy locations even when the physical markers have been removed, like Buoy 38, which was taken out by a hurricane. I only discovered this yesterday, and it immediately solved an ongoing issue: boats drifting close to me and blaming me for being in the channel. With Wavve Boating, I was able to draw a direct bearing line from my vessel to the charted location of Buoy 38, zoom in, rotate the map, and use the built‑in distance scale to measure exactly how far I am from the channel boundary — well within the legal 50‑foot requirement.The app makes it incredibly easy to capture screenshots with precise measurements, giving me clear proof of my anchoring position. It also shows the depth of the water under my hull and helps me understand where I can safely move the boat. I originally thought I needed a Garmin unit for this level of detail, but Wavve Boating delivers it right from my phone.Overall, Wavve Boating is accurate, powerful, and extremely user‑friendly — a must‑have tool for any boater who needs reliable charting and real‑time situational awareness.

I have been using this app for well over 3 years now and it is absolutely incredible. The functionality and interface are rock solid and SIMPLE. You’re not going to be scrolling through various pages, trying to find the information you need. As a professional captain, I have used a lot of charting apps and software. Wavve is, hands down, the easiest and most intuitive nautical navigation app you can find. 5 out of 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I spend 70$ for a year which is fine because it’s a great app. But then find out it doesn’t let you just log in with an email on another phone. I have 2 iPhones with different Apple IDs and I can’t just log in? Where is the logic with that? I would have to unsubscribe (with 7 months left paid for), delete my account and all the routes I have saved, go to the website?, make a new account tied to an email that I can log in with on both devices? It’s a 70$ subscription and we are made to struggle through bs like this on a feature that should be the most basic part of the apps framework. Pls fix this cause it’s ridiculous.

You can now manually adjust the water depths shown across your map when a local water level station isn't available. This is especially helpful when boating on inland lakes and waterways.
