Our mobile mortgage app will assist homebuyers, realtors, and even current homeowners in following the mortgage underwriting process, from initial pre-approval to closing on your new home or refinance! Our application app offers the following, and much more: -a mortgage calculator so you can estimate your monthly mortgage payment based on various parameters, -can be used for conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA programs, -a document scanner so you can easily upload pertinent information, simply take a picture of the document, and it’s securely encrypted into a PDF that is then uploaded to your loan officer. This is very useful when email or fax are unavailable! -check the status of your loan at any time, -receive Push Notification when major milestones are reached during the loan process. Has your file been submitted to Underwriting? You’ll be informed as soon as it is. Have your loan documents been sent to escrow? You’ll know within minutes. You’ll always have contact information at your fingertips for your loan officer if you have a question during the mortgage process as well as long after you have completed your new home loan. We will continue to have useful information on our app for you to use anytime.
