I gave this frame as a gift to my father so he could receive pictures of my family. I had high-hopes and have been extremely disappointed. The app freezes constantly. The “add text to images” feature won’t work. To top it all off, the pictures are pixilated and blurry! There isn’t a way to fix that? I’ve deleted, resent, tried taking pictures through the app, NOTHING WORKS! What a waste of time and money. I’m using an iPhone 7, so I’d say up-to-date technology that takes decent pictures. I would not recommend this frame!

Having been around for the birth of digital photography, the idea of being able to send photos to a frame from anywhere in the world is remarkable. I’m still in awe of where we’ve come in terms of technology and can’t wait to see what’s next.That being said, this app needs some work. It’s clunky, prone to crashing and at time very, very sloooowww. Another issue I have is not having a way to view the photos I’ve already sent. I’m going through and album with over 5K photos so it’s kinda hard to remember which ones I’ve already sent to my mother’s frame. Perhaps later versions of this app could include a small thumbnail album to keep track of the photos? Overall I love the idea and technology behind this app and associated product. With a little tweaking, on a rating scale of 1-5, this could easily deserve a 6!!

Simply does not work! Chances are you bought the frame, then downloaded the app, then saw these reviews. All the issues in this comment section are true. Delete and return! Even if it seems like it’s sort of working at first, it won’t take long before it reveals its true identity as a piece of useless junk. Save yourself the awkward moment of trying to make this app and frame work in front of the loved one you’re thoughtfully gifting it to, and order a Pixstar frame.

I love the frame, and having the ability to share photos easily with family members hundreds miles away, but the app is slow and tedious to use. It would be a 5 Star app if It didn’t take so long to send photos and also would like the ability to send more than 9 photos at a time. The ability to add and remove photos from the frame using the app would be nice too
