This app has changed my life completely :)

Not crazy about it
Befor e I stared using sleepiest I could barely fall asleep at night and would be opening my eyes every five seconds, then one night I was browsing on the App Store and found sleepiest and wanted to it out. And I immediately fell in love with it! This app is so incredible and has really changed my life, I have been using this app for around seven months or more. I remember the first one I turned on, it was rain on a window and I was asleep in less then two minutes and ever since then I’ve been waking up easily, been falling asleep easier, and was not opening my eyes every five seconds. And since then Ive listened to so many stories in clouding all the koko sleep episodes ( that’s my fav ) and I’m obsessed with them and I can’t wait to listen to more! I think if your looking for an app to fall asleep with in little time sleepiest is the app to chose and know matter how old you are I think this app will work for you! And if your looking for an app where you don’t have to buy a free trial to access most everything sleepiest is the app for you! Though they have a trial they still have so many stories for free! Ever since I’ve used sleepiest I’ve been telling all my friends to use it and they have and love it! I just want to give out one more shout outto the creators for this app and I wanted to show how great full I am for this app and how much it has changed me. Not crazy about it

And I immediately fell in love with it! This app is so incredible and has really changed my life, I have been using this app for around seven months or more. Why I think sleepiest is goood

So I could barely fall asleep at night and I would open my eyes like every minute and I could never sleep so I tried using white noise didn’t work tried using so many apps didn’t work tried using Alexa didn’t work then I looked. I found Sleepiest and I first tried this lullaby called waves of Atlantis and it was amazing. I use it almost every night but now I use a home on Mars by that Jared person, but right now onto this day that you probably see this I’m using calm a racing mind from cursor whacker I’m pretty sure that’s your name and I can fall asleep easily. It has breathing meditations. It helps you to lose that it helps you that you should focus on certain sounds that will help you fall asleep start by saying like what the farthest and then what’s the closest and her voice is so calming and like she said how waves are like your breaths and it comes up on you and how like I would say that is a very warm temperature and a perfect temperature for you if you see this I bet you should get it. I doubt that nobody would want this. I haven’t heard of anyone really in my friends like it but they didn’t get it. I don’t blame them. I’m not saying it in a rude way, but not everyone needs me not everyone has problems sleeping but if you have problems like me, you should definitely definitely try this and look at other reviews. I bet you they’re gonna be good. They’re gonna be good.

Jessica Porter’s ‘Sleep Magic’ Hypnosis is Amazing, (used to be part of ‘Sleep Wave’). Episodes like (“Manifesting as we sleep”) and (‘Pain’:”Use your mind to feel better”) are just a couple examples of genuine her life altering game changers. I am a 76 year old happily married male who has much to be thankful and grateful for. That being said I do struggle with Restlessness Leg Syndrome and Insomnia and pain associated with getting older. The episodes dealing with pain help me get past these issues and relax and get the much needed sleep I yearn for. The episode dealing with manifesting helps remind me of all that I have to be grateful for and relax and get my much needed sleep. My wife and I listen to Jessica every night when we go to bed. We also were able to meet her on a live zoom call with othe members of ‘Sleepiest/Sleep Magic’ and it’s so obvious that she is a sincere, honest, caring, loving individual who has become extremely good at her craft of using hypnosis to help others get a good night’s sleep. She is available on most other popular podcast Platforms as well. If you could use some friendly professional help getting a great night’s sleep, Give Jessica Porter at Sleep Magic a try. I believe you will be glad you did.❤️

Best Sleeping App and Here’s Why!?

I suggest this app for anyone who needs help getting into some good rem sleep. Depends on the severity of your insomnia, the app alone may have only a slight difference, more of a relaxation at first but bare with me, if your open to suggestions, then I have a few things that you can do in conjunction with the app, I know it works very well coming from a woman who has adult adhd. If you have an updated sleeping mask with Bluetooth, pillow mist of lavender (mist the face mask is a extra sleepy shot lol) and have any sleepy tea 🍵 30-45 minutes from your time to get cozy just incase it gives you a bathroom urgency! Then you will definitely crash out within 10-15 minutes when you get into bed and listen to anything on this app!! It helps so much in conjunction with the other suggestions. The awesome thing about this, is that your brain will be accustomed to the new sleep routine the more you stay at it, eventually all you need is the app to fall asleep and it’s like a miracle in that sense. Im getting some of the best sleep I ever have gotten since I was a child! Love it for my autistic son as well he loves the stories. I assume it gives my son a sense of security and comfort.
