Great, but could be better

First off this is one of the best timer apps I’ve seen. It looks nice, easy to use, has a lot of features, and it’s pretty straightforward. But before I get to all the different suggestions I have for this app, first I need to address a big issue: occasionally when switching sessions the times will get glitched and merge with each other, which once deleted nearly 4,000 solves. Please fix this.Other than that, it’s a great app, but I have a lot of ways I think could make it even better if you’d like to hear.1. Change the session UI. When creating a session, you’ll have the following options: name, event, and scramble type. Additionally I would appreciate it if you added more scramble types, not just for other WCA puzzles, but also different scrambles like JAAP order and PLL scrambles. And maybe move the sessions menu to a place that’s easier to access.2. Change previous solve UI. Right now you click on a time in the time list, and it gives you options to add a penalty, delete the solve, or view the scramble. Instead, it should take you directly to the scramble view, but there you can also add a penalty, delete the solve, or add a comment. If you import a solve it should still give you the scramble, but it will also say that it was imported.3. Add a graph. This one is a lot more general, but I think there should be a graph to show you how you’ve improved. I won’t tell you exactly how to it this time, instead you can choose how the graph would look best.That’s about all! Obviously you don’t have to listen to all of these suggestions, but if you did it might just become the best cube app in history.

First off this is one of the best timer apps I’ve seen. It looks nice, easy to use, has a lot of features, and it’s pretty straightforward. I love this app because it’s so simple to use and the navigation is amazing. I especially like the new update that redesigned the app, which made it look really good. However, there are some issues that the new update brought, and I would like to share the issues that the update has. First of all, the times are inaccurate. I was doing a 3x3 solve on the timer, and timer said 9.649 when I clicked to stop it. Instead of stopping there it added milliseconds to the solve, and the timer now says 9.670. It may not seem like a big issue, but every millisecond matters in solves. Secondly, its slightly harder to access the time list. In the old version, I used to just click a single button and have access to all my stats. But now, I have to press a series of buttons just to access my solves and stats. Overall, the update and the app are great. However, it could use some improvements to make it better. Hopefully, these problems get fixed so I can use the app without any issues.

Great app! Needs more though

I’ve been using this app for about three months for learning and timing, but it seems that I’m getting of bored of it. This app has GREAT features however when I want to time myself on Square-1 there isn’t an option for Square-1 so that’s disappointing, and what’s also disappointing is the fact that there are no non-WCA options for the timer, AND another thing is small subsets eg: VHLS, CLS, EP and Parity CP for Square-1, and very much wanted OLLCP, are not available in the algorithm page. Oh yeah and most of the algorithms are with the wrong picture so that would also be a great fix. I hope you developers and correspondents consider these issues and add them in but honestly this app is good enough, but without those things I mentioned, it will never be my favorite cube app. OH WAIT ONE MORE THING I wish there was video advice for the subsets. Thanks! Have good days in the future! ✌️👍🏻

Wow this is really good feedback, expressed very clear as well. Thank you for that. I agree that I should add sq-1, been thinking about it a lot, and I think it’s time now. I’m also going to add non-wca scrambles and such in the timer, for sure. I have plans to add lots of new algorithm sets as well. And for the incorrect algorithms, they are now fixed!

I’ve been using this app for about three months for learning and timing, but it seems that I’m getting of bored of it. Great app, except for one small thing: a lot of the algorithms aren’t accurate. Though that isn’t really an issue for me, since I only got the app to use the timer. I usually use Cstimer but you need to access a browser for that and it takes a while sometimes. So I’d recommend if you get this app to maybe use Jperm’s website for algorithms. Overall though it’s a good app.

Fixed two bugs regarding creating and editing sessions: - On smaller devices some UI elements didn't fit on screen. - Resizing the screen while scrolling through icons or colors would cause a crash.
