I happen to love this app! I see good reviews I see bad reviews but nobody realizes they are fun games. They’re not expensive you can win but if you keep playing eventually, you’re going to lose. I don’t put money in in order to win money to cash out I put money in in order to play the games. My puzzle game is my favorite and I like to play against other people that’s the thrill of it. I am not looking to gamble. I’m looking to play against other players and if I win a couple bucks that let me play even more games. I’m not looking to cash out at all, so therefore, I think the app is Amazing. You play it to play. They are games. They are meant to play how much money do you think you’re going to make off of an $.88 game? If you’re looking to make money maybe you can I don’t know I’ve cashed out from them once without any issues at all. I’ve had an issue with getting a copy of my data because FreeCash refused my payment. They went above and beyond to get me all the information that I needed even though FreeCash still refused to pay they actually gave me a credit in my account so that I can continue playing late were willing to reimburse me something for free, cashes fraudulent activities. I am quite thrilled with the company. I am quite thrilled with the games. I’m fine with losing as much as I’m fine with winning. But let’s face it if you’re looking to win tons of money that’s what casinos are for. If you’re looking to have a good time and just play competitively games that you like in order to make a little money to keep playing games against people and don’t forget you can play for free too. Every single game has the option to play against other people without spending money. I think this app is well-rounded. It has a lot going for it and it’s one of my Favorite.

I don’t understand how I can win money in this game the bonus bucks never go away I think they need do something about it I won several games and went to go cash out and my bonus bucks goes up like what is that makes no sense. your bonus bucks should go away after awhile if I could just put the money I want in with no bonus bucks I would actually play this but no, or they should have something where you can play only your bonus bucks on top of that they get terminated when you cash out I could have $50 worth of winnings but only withdraw like $15 and then all my extra money I won “bonus bucks” just gos away I think they need to rethink a different way to incorporate bonus bucks to go somewhere after you withdraw or make an option that you don’t have to get them with your purchase all these games I’ve tried have all been the same come up with something original like honestly I have many ideas you could do to make the player feel like they didn’t just work/play a lot to only have half of it go away and also why does the bonus bucks go up as you win like the extra bonus you get when making a purchase shouldn’t go up after you win it should go down if anything these games are just a way for them to take your money if your gonna do it at least make the players feel like there not losing it have a separate thing so if they do lose there bonus bucks at least the lost it playing it’s just all around idiotic

Long time player here. If u want the truth.. keep reading. Ive never had any issues with the withdraw process. If u deposit from PayPal.. you will get it back usually the same day. Otherwise it could take a few days. But much faster than other apps like this. The algorithm is definitely against u with this app, as with all of them. Majority of the time.. u have to play (lose) a bunch of the same tournaments before u can “win” anything. They say it’s skilled based.. but when it comes to bigger tournaments where u could actually win a decent amount.. the top spots will be filled with players that have scores that are basically impossible to get.. (waaayyyy higher than your best you’ve ever scored). When u write to support.. they will give u the run down of how “everything is skilled based” and all that.. and will then suggest u either try different games or just take a break from the app completely (which is crazy to me). They usually do refund u if there’s a glitch.. but make sure u screen record everything just in case u need to prove it. The sad part is, apps like this can make so much money without screwing people over... but I guess they get greedy. After this last update, I barely even play now. They’ve taken away the smaller tournaments and progressive rush games.. which were the most common ones and the ones with the best chance of at least winning your money back. They say they will be bringing some back at some point.. but who knows. They’re more focused on the higher amount tournaments.. I assume it’s because they can make more money from them. After this update, I would no longer recommend this app to anyone. But if you do play, play at ur own risk.

These people are ridiculous they have an amazing promotion deposit $5 and get $50 bonus so $55 to play skill based games loved everything about the app graphics gameplay and all around amazing interface… sadly shady white collar THUGS that rob and steal like criminals do but they do it through an app instead of physically going out on the streets to do it sad part is they don’t face any consequences so I get my $55 and start playing mind you it’s my 5th day into using this app no problems so far until of course I start winning I won games for $10/$17/$5/$5/$5/$5/$2.95/$4.50 Etc all in all I was around $27 that was actually real money ready to withdraw I’m playing a match puzzle game and when I finish i directly always look at my balance even before they show me the score to see if I won or lost guess what it says $0.00 when I had $24 before playing the game THESE PEOPLE TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDNT GIVE ANY EXPLANATION and of course customer service is non existent in the idiot that gave this app a chance $5 deposit $50 free??? If it’s too good to be true it’s usually not true if you win over a certain amount they will take your money they will never let you withdraw the money they gave you to play for free so you better lose in the game cause if you win and win and win to the point that the bonus bucks becomes able to withdraw they won’t let you do that like Vegas only difference it was $24 how petty can you guys be so NO ONE DOWNLOAD DONT LET WHAT HAPPEN TO ME HAPPEN TO YOU
