We use this for our karate school and it is great in some areas but needs some work in others. It would be great for our students to be able to see in the app what classes they’ve registered for & be able to cancel or reschedule within the app instead of through their confirmation email. It would also be nice if our students could check in from the app on their own device when they arrive for classes instead of having to wait in line for the school’s iPad & especially now to help ease a little in the sanitation department. In the latest app update if you have multiple participants added into your app only one participant is showing to be able to register and you can’t manually add or change the participant. This is making it difficult for our parents to sign themselves up as well as their kids for classes and making it difficult for us since we have limited space availability at the moment & have a number cap put on our class registrations.

as a business owner, using an app like mystudio should be ideal, easy, and help me run my business; instead I have to take more time dealing with an app that’s limited and consistently has bugs so you have to chat or call with support, and that’s if you can get ahold of them, instead of teaching my classes. then imagine having to explain to customers why you can’t do certain things for them, or something is wrong with their account. it’s embarrassing to say the least and makes me look like a crap business owner.if you need help that requires their management, well good luck with that! had a buddy using the software who couldn’t get help for 3 WEEKS because they were never available to solve his problem.And don’t get me started on wepay… terrible business decision on mystudio’s end to partner with them. theyre too risky with their own site going down or mismanaging money.additionally, these reviews have to be farmed, because the business app is no better, I don’t even bother with it because of that. Yet the difference in ratings is suspicious. Why does the business app have like a 2.9 give or take but this one has a 4.8? Wasn’t this one also just 3 point something like a month ago? I mean, if you go through the reviews, you can clearly tell which ones are by people who probably work for the company as opposed to real business owners like myself.Anyway all that lets me know is this company’s focus is making themselves look good instead of actually HELPING the people they claim to want to help. A bunch of frauds. It’ll be good riddance once I’m switched over to another platform for good. If you’re thinking of switching to mystudio, save your money, it’s not worth all the hassle trust me.

I enrolled my kids for the first time in a summer camp that uses this app and it’s made my mom admin life easy!! I can easily stay connected to the summer camp staff when I need to pick up early or have any questions, as well as easily make payments, register my kids for more camp weeks, and quickly change update things in my profile. It’s so easy to use and saves me loads of time scrolling through my inbox to find details. Loving it!
