The redesigned Adashi Rollcall companion mobile app extends key duty schedule information and management capability to your iOS device. Personnel have access to a tailored dashboard depicting assignment details for today and into the future, and can delve further into their duty schedule via the Roster and Calendar modules. Rollcall facilitates requesting shift trades and time off, communication between personnel, and introduces an all-new overtime opportunity response module to centralize these chances to pick up additional work.

There should be a quicker way to delete messages. Instead of one at a time maybe have a selection that says “delete after 1 week” or something along those linesOr a “delete all” that actually deleted the messages. Individually is a pain; It’s even worse when you back out of the messages section then back in only to find the same messages you thought you deleted sitting there looking at you.

Hi Mike, thank you for the feedback, sincerely. More importantly, allow me to apologize for the delay in response to you. Adashi Rollcall has made it a key focus point moving forward, to better support our Rollcall users, and take advantage of the valuable feedback you have to offer. If you have any additional suggestions, feedback, or face any issues with the Rollcall app - please email us or submit a ticket to support@adashi.zendesk.com. Our Rollcall Support staff will reply to you directly within 24hrs.Also, we have updates planned for release in the near future which will address this very issue with deleting messages. Please be on the look out for that as we release these Rollcall app updates.

This app is useless, forced to use it because my employer went to adashi, but I knew based on the ratings this app is garbage with an improvement or repair no where in site as others here mentioned the same issues I’m having 2yrs ago.App closes when you open it, need to delete and reinstall all the time, never connects to the system properly and when it does it takes forever to load.

I'd like to apologize for the poor experience, but also for the lack of needed support for the Rollcall application...we at Adashi Rollcall have fallen short on both counts. However, we are working very hard to change this. One aspect of this change is the availability of our Rollcall Support team - who can be reached via email at support@adashi.zendesk.com, where you can also submit a help desk ticket. Our Rollcall Support personnel will be in contact with you directly within 24hrs, by phone or email - whichever you prefer. Also, we have some much-needed updates planned for the Rollcall mobile app that will be released in the coming weeks. Please keep an eye out for these as they should address some of the current bugs/fixes that are needed. We've got quite a bit of ground to cover, but our main focus moving forward is you the user. So please, if you are able reach out to us with any questions, issues or suggestions - don't hesitate to do so.

Do you remember when we had dial up internet and you’d have to wait a few minutes to do anything on your computer? Well, this app is just like that! Click a button and take a seat because speed is not in this apps wheelhouse. In fact, in a speed test with literally every other app on my phone, this bad boy comes in dead last. I’m not sure what’s more miserable, trying to navigate Adashi or listening to a Nancy Pelosi speech. I guess I should be kind because I’ve never made an app and it’s probably hard, but then again screw that. Get your crap together. This review has been by far the most fun I’ve gotten out of the app, so I guess I’ll give them that.

Hi, I want to sincerely apologize for the poor experience you've had. More than that, I'd like to apologize for the delay in response. Adashi Rollcall has made it our focus to listen to customer feedback moving forward, something we had not done a good job on up until now. When you have the time, I encourage you to reach out at support@adashi.zendesk.com to provide any feedback or suggestions you may have. Also, you can submit a ticket at that email as well, and you will receive a response within 24 hrs.

App works when it wants too

App hardly opens
App hardly opens for me. I usually just get a white screen and nothing shows up. After a few attempts of closing and re opening the app I’ll either give up or go to the web based version.
