It's a really great app with a respectable scale. It's the best and most affordable at-home option, and although I'm aware it's not as accurate as inbody or DEXA, it still gets the job done. However, I have a tiny request that might be ground-breaking: could you make the application more flexible? To be able to move (muscle mass) up, for instance, by letting us move the positions of the measurements in the record section. Another issue is that the last three measurements are not displayed in the Excel app when we share the results. Can you figure this out? Many thanks
Dangerously Inaccurate

Do not trust the body composition numbers this app produces.I have been tracking my body composition for over three months using a medical-grade Tanita MC-780U. On the same morning, same body, I compared both readings side by side. The results were alarming:- Body fat: this app said 30.6% — medical scale said 18.5%- Muscle mass: this app said 111 lb — medical scale said 151 lb- Visceral fat: this app flagged "Alert" — medical scale shows healthy range for three consecutive readings- Metabolic age: labeled me "Elder" at it that old and actively training 7-9 sessions per weekThis is not minor variance. A 12 point body fat error and a 40 pound muscle mass discrepancy are not rounding differences. These are errors large enough to cause someone to completely mismanage their nutrition, training, and health decisions based on false information. The app looks clean, the interface is smooth, and the metrics sound scientific. That is exactly what makes it dangerous. It presents wildly inaccurate numbers with confident labels like "High+" and "Alert" that create unnecessary concern or false reassurance depending on which direction it misses. If you want to track your weight over time, a basic bathroom scale and a notes app will serve you better and more honestly than this. If you want actual body composition data, invest in a proper assessment. One star because zero is not an option.
Great Scale and App

I use this app in conjunction with the Fit Track Scale, and it really helps me track my body composition, which keeps me on top of my fitness goals. While some data points, like BMI, are outdated, I usually overlook that metric. Overall, this app is an extremely useful companion to my scale.
Terrible algorithm, completely off base

For context, I use a high-end InBody unit at the gym and at my doctor’s office. While there’s always some variance across machines, it’s always within a margin of error. I’m roughly 265 pounds at 14% body fat. This scale and app pegged me at a body fat percentage of 39.5%.Don’t get me wrong, it’s cutting season and I need to lose weight, but I’m not at 39.5% when I have visible abs 90% of the time. I was at nearly 40% body fat when I weighed in at almost 350 pounds. I don’t know of this is driven by my scale or by the app, but the results were blatantly and hilariously wrong.
