How can someone slap such a mess together and call it an app? This miserable failure of a website and software is also the exact system that the employees are stuck with using, and I feel sorry for their pitiful experience in having to even look at this dumpster fire for more than 5 minutes. This company is a sham. Best I can say that you can hope for is there is a list of cars on site. Beyond that, it’s pretty much just luck - including actually locating the vehicle in the lot. The parts search is useless. The photos might clue you in, but only pertaining to the condition of the car when it was brought in. The so-called garage doesn’t seem to save the detail you enter. There doesn’t appear to be any way to notify you if a matching car or part is added to inventory. This company was actually better in the 90s when all you had to do was call the yard (something which you no longer can do) and ask them if they have the car you need. Chances were good that they could even tell you if your part was available. They had terrific pricing and didn’t nickel and dime you for every nut. Now they are sold out to some half witted Middle East shell corporation.

When you open this app on an iPhone to search for inventory at the yard your app on an iPhone goes to a white screen and freezes up. This has happened on my last two iPhones requiring person to use a web browser on your iPhone. This has been going on for about a year that I can remember and is frustrating because you’ve jacked prices up as high you’d think that you would invest in basic tools and encourage customers to find the part you need. LKQ probably is giving its extra profits to its overpaid Executives who couldn’t execute a business plan if their lives depended on it!

The app is terrible, it doesn’t even work. Sitting here with multiple people on different devices and no one can get the app to work right. Drop downs not appearing and not searching when you enter the year make or model. I’ve found that you can search inventory on your computer but it doesn’t match what’s in the yard always and I’ve never had my alerts actually alert me. They’ll say no inventory for what I’m looking for and I go down there and there it is. So much for setting up the garage and all that. Probably just a front to sell our information.

Old app was better

No way to sort cars in garage. Need to have it listed by newest to oldest like the old app. It’s not useful to get a notification for a car, click it and just takes you to a list on your garage. That list is sorted by distance from your home yard. Now I have to click on every listing to locate this new addition. New additions should be top of the list.The circle photo of the car is too small. Make it as large and square as possible. Why try to hide part of the car. You want to make it easy to see. Make the app useful not fancy looking.
