For some reason the Funko app logs me out my account many times. I have Been dealing with it and logging back in. But now I can’t, apparently Im using the wrong password. I have used the forgot password option but when I use it correctly and have given my email to it, it doesn’t send me my password in mail or junk. I have tried to use the forget password option many times and it still hasn’t work. It always claims to send me my password but never does. So please try to look into the problem more. But the new updates overall have made the app better
New update removed some collection features

This newest update has taken away the ability to sort my collection by series/show/etc. The only options now are A-Z, Z-A, newest to oldest, oldest to newest, values high to low, or value low to high, all of which are not correct. I have sorted it each way and it doesn’t make a difference in the order it sorts, it sort of shuffles the items around but none are following the sorting option. I have several pop values at over a hundred and it never sorts them at the top or bottom of the price sort, they’re randomly in the middle. The newest/oldest options change too. By the way, is it newest to me or newest pop that got released, I’d prefer newest to my collection. It also doesn’t have a search within the collection option, which I think it had before or least I could sort by the series or show it was from before. That is very useful in trying to check if I already have that pop or not. I am vey disappointed and frustrated with this new update as I was excited to find a way to keep track of all my pops. I had previously just been writing them down and having to update them manually. Later on I found a generic collection app to use but I have to manually enter all the information myself and take pictures to save to the app. When I foun the funko app could do all this for me I was very excited. Now with this newest update the features I loved are gone. Please bring back these options are fix the sorting issues.

This review isn’t for the community; it’s a direct plea to the product managers and developers at Funko. This app has transitioned from a vital tool to a completely broken experience. As collectors, we want to use your official platform, but you’ve made it impossible.The critical issues you need to address immediately:Database Instability: My collection—and those of thousands of others—constantly disappears or fails to sync. If a collection tracker can’t save data, it has failed its only job.The eBay Data Integration is Broken: Switching to eBay for pricing has ruined the marketplace accuracy. The app is pulling "active" listing prices rather than "sold" data, creating a fake bubble of value that makes the tracker useless for serious collectors.Fundamental UI Glitches: The "jump-to-top" bug when scrolling and the broken A–Z sorting aren't just minor inconveniences; they make navigating a large collection a manual chore that most of us no longer have the patience for.Login Loops: The backend authentication is failing. Being forced to re-log or find "no internet" errors while on high-speed Wi-Fi suggests a serious server-side optimization issue.We don’t need new aesthetic skins or marketing banners. We need a stable database and a functional search engine. Please, look at the recent feedback and prioritize stability over features. Until then, we’re moving our data to HobbyDB.
Cannot share your collection

I spent hours putting my collection into this app. But despite what it claims, you cannot share your collection with others. It doesn’t worked and hasn’t worked for years, despite me being told that it was being ‘fixed soon’. I cannot look at my friend’s collections either, which was the whole reason I had them get the app, so I could gift them Funko Pops without asking which ones they have. The other bugs I could ignore, like the app not always having all of the figures updated properly, or showing that a new one just doesn’t exist at all. But sharing collections with friends and family was the main function of this app for me, and the only reason I got it. I desperately don’t want to just make a google spreadsheet, because none of my friends would want to deal with that, but the fact that the official Funko app won’t fix this issue is disappointing.
