I have to say that I am completely disappointed in this mobile app. The fact that you can’t view the schedules for the providers as an administrator for the office is sad. The inability to upload insurance cards or update information or pretty much do anything related to the patient other than send them a message (which you can’t even send them a attachment or document from the app). There is no backend administrative support on this app as in if I need to update an insurance card or update any type of demographics, I have to bust out my laptop and go on the web to do everything. What’s the point of an app that is pretty much read-only that doesn’t show anything of importance? Elation needs to get it together if they plan on moving forward into the next few years to be competitive.

What a ridiculous app. It just simply doesn’t work.Every time I see my doctor, I beg them to dump this piece of junk App and get “My Chart”app! The answer that every customer hates it and wants them to change it!Elation App notifies me of my doctors appointments, but it doesn’t even have the physician they text me about my appointment yet this same physician is not listed on my app chart!The app is just a bad joke!Don’t waste your time downloading it!

Unfortunately, this app is not useful to us. At the bare minimum, office messages should show up on the Home Screen. We should be able to access faxes(results). It doesn’t even show you the chronological record in the patient chart. It’s literally worthless to me.

You really can’t do anything of value in this app if you don’t need to scan in patient documents. You can’t view messages from another employee, can’t see anything other than basics (i.e. PMH) on a chart—no vitals, visit notes, etc., can’t refill scripts, can’t schedule appointments.
