With how much I payed for this product the connection should always work. The new update says “minor bug fixes” which is not helpful when there is a major fix that needs to be done and is obviously being overlooked because they have already received their $$$. The biggest part about this product is the ability to connect it to your phone and work it from there volume, light etc... This all goes down the drain when you cannot set the volume, turn on the light, set up the timer... because you cannot connect the app to the darn main dock. I would never recommend this product to anyone who has a child and wants to avoid a headache. Please fix the connection issue! It is being overlooked and soon your product will no longer sell because of constant bad reviews. So if you still want the $$$ rolling in I would suggest to fix this issue. Because obviously that is all this business cares about because if they cared about people who had kids or needed this for sleeping, then they would have fixed the extra headache by now.

More often than not the app will say “connection failed” when trying to open up and use. Does not connect at all from another room, I have to be about a foot away from the device for it to connect and work. BUT once connected it’s awesome, plenty of sounds to choose from, night light colors and the timer is good too if you don’t plan on keeping it running all night. If they could fix the connection issue with the next update, I’d give five stars.

The sound and connection has been fine for us and this is super handy for travel given it’s small size. My issue is that it does not have a child lock or a timer length that is suitable for night time use. My child can push it on or off in the plug so being able to lock it in the app would be amazing. Additionally, I have to remember to turn it on at night and off in the morning. Children sleep longer than 180 minutes which is the longest timer option available. We need to be able to set the timer for up to 12-14 hrs to accommodate a child’s nighttime sleep window. Fix that and we have a 5 star review.

The app often glitches, and says it’s unable to connect to the device (once or twice a week; and we turn it on just once a day—at night—and leave it on all night).But when it does connect it’s a great sound machine. The nightlight is amazing—can be quite bright if you choose or dim or off. Colors can be changed also.Love the sounds—just wished it didn’t default to 50% volume when you switched sounds because some are much louder than others.Also wish we could have multiple devices controlling the unit, but we’ve found that we have to just let one phone control or it gets weird and doesn’t respond to anything.
