Helpful resource but clunky and no way to save down all content

As a parent I really appreciate having this app but a huge miss is there’s no functionality to let me download all the content in an easy way. Such an important feature that’s lacking - I don’t lose all these photos & videos!

Great idea - painfully slow

If this app was faster, I would love it. But to visit the journal and wait 30 seconds for …. nothing to load just does not work. Luckily our school also sends content by email so that we don’t need to use the app. To bad really, because this app is a great idea!
