The Houston Federal Credit Union App is a free mobile decision-support tool that gives you the ability to aggregate all of your financial accounts, including accounts from other financial institutions, into a single, up-to-the-minute view so you can stay organized and make smarter financial decisions. It is fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your personal finances.
FEATURES
Multi-Account Aggregation: View all of your financial information (balances, transaction history, merchant spending averages) in one place for on-the-go organization.
Alerts & Notifications: Set alerts for low funds and be notified about upcoming bills.
Add Tags, Notes, Images & Geo-Information: By enhancing transactions with custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you’re looking for when searching through your finances.
Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact Houston Federal Credit Union customer service directly from the app.
SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
GETTING STARTED
To use the Houston Federal Credit Union App, you must be enrolled as a Houston Federal Credit Union Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

I have banked with HFCU for several years now. They have meet all of my financial needs. I have financed vehicles for the entire family with them. I was also able credit for my daughters by adding them to the loans! Applying for loans are easy and the response time for approval is within minutes!!! Normally I don’t write reviews but I feel obligated to share my review with everyone. I love the staff they’re always so nice and helpful. When you walk inside the building it feels very welcoming and comfortable. The staff answers all of your questions and don’t make you feel uncomfortable for asking even the simplest questions. The security is also nice.

My experience has been great both in person and on line. In person, the location on Fondren near HBU is the best. Everyone including the security guard are fantastic. They need to recognized. Amazingly professional and pleasant people. They always go the extra mile to make my visit a pleasant one. I am so grateful for them.

I certainly appreciate the above and beyond customer service. That’s one thing from my personal experience is the service has been great. The part that slightly bothers me is the app is not up to date as far as functionality and convenience. I would also like to see an increase in ATM functionality. This would result in the least, a ten to twelve percent increase in customer service and sales not to mention the increased rapport with the clients and credit union members.
