It’s supposed to help users who already bought a product to navigate functions and protections that Getsafe provides, not to buy more products. I’ve bought your product, now help me get to do some basic functions, like calling a legal support, let alone 24/7 as promised on the ads. Where is the phone number? On the website too, where can I get in touch with folks other than sales?

The interface is definitely one of the best I’ve ever seen, everything is convenient and clear but I wanted to have Liability insurance, filled all data and at some point I got “An error has occurred. Please try again.” No sense of perfect interface if I cannot complete my user story.
