Disk speed test for internal storage and USB drives, with benchmarks and charts Measure storage performance with Jazz Disk Bench. Run a disk speed test on your device's internal storage or a supported external USB drive, then explore read and write speeds, random 4K performance and latency. UNDERSTAND YOUR STORAGE • Sequential read and write tests show performance when transferring large files. • Random 4K tests measure small-block performance in IOPS and MB/s. • Latency tests show how long read and write operations take. • Choose the test size and operation count to suit your storage benchmark. WATCH SUSTAINED WRITE SPEED Run a stress test and follow the write-speed chart as data is written. See how performance changes during a longer workload instead of relying only on a single peak speed. COMPARE DEVICE RESULTS Browse the results database and compare two devices side by side. Select results from the database or your own benchmark history to examine the differences. TEST INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STORAGE Test internal storage by default, or choose a writable folder on supported USB drives and SD cards. KEEP YOUR RESULTS Save completed benchmarks in your history and return to their detailed results later. No account is required.

Cheap basic program, would like more configurability

The app tests sequential and random read/write as expected. With modern SSDs and their complex caching schemes, it would be nice to have more configurability in this app: >10GB sequential R/W, configurable queue depth for random R/W, some sort of reporting on the Brand/Vendor/type of SSD that is in the device.

Useless. Not even worth a dollar

The lite version of this app does a quick benchmark speed test of the internal SSD.So I purchased the pro version for a dollar because it supposedly does a speed test of my external SSD.But it does not do this. The app itself is horribly designed and just doesn't make sense. On the settings tab I can select an external. However, there is no way I can actually test this drive. This app is useless. You get what you pay for. Except in this case it's not even worth a dollar.Just stick with the light version if you want to test the internal SSD speed.

Developer Response
Thanks for the feedback. After selecting external drive, you can go back to the benchmark tab to test the selected drive. We’ll consider a better design to make this more intuitive.

Only tests internal speeds

It only tests internal speeds. If I knew this I would not have paid a dollar for it. I know what my internal drive speed is. There are thousands of benchmarks on the internet. Refund please.

Developer Response
If you want a refund, you can search "Request Refund for App Store Purchase" and then follow the steps. Edit: Thanks for the advice. External storage benchmark is now supported with 5.4.0 version.

Updated the UI design for easier use. Improved compatibility with iOS 27. Made selecting external drives more convenient and easier to use.
