Absolute garbage app! I bought a 99 BDT subscription to watch the FIFA World Cup 2026, but the experience during the opening match was incredibly frustrating. I tried logging in for 2-3 hours, but I wasn't receiving the OTP. By the time I finally managed to log in, almost one-third of the match was already over!Even after logging in, the streaming quality was pathetic. They promised 720p resolution, but I was getting 144p with constant, unbearable buffering. It was a horrible experience. Buying a subscription here is a complete waste of your time and hard-earned money.Stay away from this scam! I would give it zero stars or a negative rating if I could.

Very disappointed with Bioscope+ today. I purchased a subscription specifically to watch the FIFA World Cup, but I still can’t log in to the platform.It’s frustrating that payments are being accepted while users are unable to access the service. Major live events should be backed by proper load testing and infrastructure preparation to handle peak traffic.As a paying customer, I expected a much smoother experience.

I downloaded the app and paid for the World Cup Pass, but the moment I tried to log in, it got stuck on the loading screen. I waited for several minutes, yet nothing happened on either my phone or TV. It’s unbelievable that they’re taking subscription fees from customers while providing such a poor user experience. How can a service operate like this?

I subscribed to Bioscope Plus for 97 BDT to watch the FIFA World Cup matches, but the app failed when it mattered most. Constant buffering and playback issues made it difficult or impossible to watch the games.It’s disappointing to pay for a service that doesn’t deliver what was promised. Please improve the app’s performance before promoting paid subscriptions for major events.
