Opinion on the RAM app

The app is very helpful and makes the reservation like a breeze. I always use the app to book the family trip with no issues. Also, Safar flyer rewards points were easy to get and applied. The only complaint I have is the ticket price is always expensive compared to other European companies. But we still like to travel with RAM and hope they will improve prices for Moroccan overseas.

App Caused Missed Flight

Im in the Casablanca airport and the app won’t display my flight info. It just goes to white screen. Also, it issued me a digital boarding pass for my first flight to Morocco but freezes every time I try to add it to my apple wallet. But the biggest issue is that after issuing me a digital pass for my first flight it just gives and unhelpful error for the second flight. In Casablanca they don’t accept digital passes. The app could have told me paper was required. It also could have told me check in was required at the first airport rather that being able to check in at Casablanca for my NY flight. Maroc denied me boarding in Casablanca and rebooked me next day. Maroc will not pay for hotel. Epic fail.

Air Maroc has an OK app… could be improved in several ways

The actual miles flown are not down on the app with the flight one is in; this is a common thing with most other international airlines. Also, frequent flyer mileage awards for OneWorld companion airlines is unjustly low. For a 4,321 mile (point) flight on Air Maroc, I was given 25% of that number (1080 miles / points), and I have OneWorld Sapphire status! Please look into this. This will very likely be the very, very last time I fly his airline. And I will discourage others from flying Royal Air Maroc as well.
