Use the free Alaveda app to access your company/health plan wellness program from your mobile device. The app offers a wide range of personalized tools including: - Take a health risk assessment to determine your risk for disease - Learn how to reduce your risk for disease with personalized plans for wellness - Earn incentives and rewards - Participate in wellness challenges - Socialize with friends and colleagues Alaveda integrates with the Apple Health app which allows you to share steps from your iPhone and activity, workout and sleep data from your Apple Watch. We use this data to provide personalized wellness programming and help drive positive behavior change within your wellness portal. The Alaveda app is available for anyone to download, but you must obtain login credentials from your employer or health plan before you can log in.

It’s Difficult

While I like what the app has to offer, it is desperately difficult to find what you want and becomes intensely frustrating. For example, I wanted to find the form to take to a doctor’s office. I had to push an”i” after meandering thru the app and had no idea I had to work so hard to find an important piece of paper!I have to remember way too much to find what it is in the app and it gives absolutely no direction where things are located or what points are actually worth. TOTAL CONFUSION!!!

This app is extremely challenging to use. It is not formatted correctly so the main buttons along the bottom are folded up on themselves and difficult to read and press. Locating information and figuring out how to earn points is confusing. When data is entered on one screen hitting enter or submit takes you back to the home page of the app and you have to go through the whole process again to get back to the page where you need to enter the next data point. This is so frustrating that I often give up after a couple of entries due to the time it takes and the repetition. The text is also an extremely small font and I haven’t found anything in settings to increase the size. The developers really need to do a complete redesign of this app.

This app is just a total waste of time. We are required to use this by my job to get the healthcare copay points needed to help pay for medical bills. The time on this app is painful, it’s literally take moments out of my life to use this junk app. The app has a clunky user interface, it logs you out constantly, it’s hard to navigate, and I have used much better work health apps in the past so I know this one is terrible. If you’re a company representative in charge of picking the app or program for your employee wellness program, don’t make your employees use this app…. Please.

We've made several improvements to enhance consistency and improve the sign-in experience: - Renamed Sign Out to Log Out for greater consistency. - Refined the two-factor authentication (2FA) experience. - Simplified 2FA setup and sign-in for users with only one authentication method configured. - Added missing 2FA method icons in custom-branded apps. - Improved error handling by displaying a clear message when an invalid registration code is entered. As always, we're continuing to improve the app to provide a more consistent and reliable experience.
