Sengled Home is a residential smart-products management platform, which provides you with an integrated mobile app to control, manage and monitor your Sengled smart products. With easy set-up, Sengled Home is able to quickly connect your smart products to the Internet, implement real-time communication between your cell phone and household devices through the cloud platform, and achieve remote controlling and monitoring. Moreover, it is able to customize a fully automatic control system based on your personal habits.
CONTROL YOUR LIGHTS FROM ANYWHERE ON THIS PLANET
Either 1 foot away from your Sengled smart device, or 10,000 miles away from your home, as long as you have internet, you can control or check the status of your devices.
COLOR, COLOR TEMPERATURE AND BEYOND
Transform your mobile device into a color palette, and your bulbs, your canvas. Choose from 16 million colors—or choose from Warm White to Day Light—and change the colors of your bulbs to match any mood you have.
ROOM ARRANGEMENT AND GROUPING
Sengled Home App enables you to easily bundle your smart LED lightbulbs into pre-set rooms, or create your own user defined rooms for grouping purposes.
FRONT PAGE OR WIDGET CONTROLS MOST OF YOUR DEVICES
With a simplified and optimized UI design, you can access and control most of the functions from the front page of the Sengled Home App. Scene control and Mobile home page Widget control even makes this process easier.
SMART LED GETS SMARTER WITH SENSORS
Sengled smart LED lights with built-in motion sensor can not only push notifications for any motion event, but also setup actions after detecting motion events. For example, turn on the lights in your bedroom when motion is detected in your backyard in the middle of the night. Sengled smart door sensor can also be used to link with your smart LED lights for event triggered actions.
SCHEDULES, SCENES AND ROUTINES
Either setup daily routines, such as waking or sleeping routines, for the convenience, or setup automation routines, such as turning lights on/off when sensor events were detected. Scenes can be created for multi bulb or multi room control.
WAKE UP & SLEEP
Sengled smart LED bulbs can be programmed for gradual brightening and wake you up with lights naturally. Sleep schedule will control the Sengled smart LED bulbs in night light for delayed dimming.
LIGHT EFFECTS
Six light effects would help users to have more fun with their Sengled products during parties or holidays like Halloween and Christmas.
3rd PARTY PROGRAM:
After configuring the Sengled Home App, all the settings can be easily ported over to 3rd party programs, like IFTTT. You can expand your home automation with many more capabilities.
HELP WITH ALEXA, GOOGLE ASSISTANT, APPLE HOMEKIT AND MORE:

I got four bulbs I’ve been using for a year now. We just moved to a new house and I’m trying to get these bulbs connected to the new Wi-Fi. The app keeps asking me to check setting to allow the app to access local network devices. The app already has this permission in my settings but the app just keeps asking again and again anyway. Can’t get passed it.UPDATE:They have updated the app and everything is working perfectly again so I’ve changed my rating from 1 star to 3. Can’t go more than 3 stars because…they need to be more careful with future updates to they don’t completely crash their product again. Also, when calling their customer support number I just got a recording that they’re not taking calls at this time. I emailed too and they never responded. The bulbs themselves are pretty decent but lose connection when used in my porch lights despite the fact that my router is still very close by and the signal is strong. For less money I bought a four pack of Feit brand bulbs at Costco that work much better, don’t lose connection, and have color changing abilities.

We have fixed the problem that the app cannot get local network permission due to IOS16.1 system adaptation, please upgrade to version 2.3.3, sorry for the inconvenience.
Useless: unable to create an account
MomPolo
Bought 4 bulbs. Needed to create an account, so did so through the app by using the “Create an account” link in the app, filling in my email address and waiting for a verification email to create a login. Email never arrived after multiple tries; I checked spam, trash, and every other folder, a ne nada, it just doesn’t show up. So I’m unable to create an account using the app. Went to their website instead. There I’m able to create an account and log in to their website, but only after multiple warnings telling me I needed to allow cookies, even though cookies are already enabled. Unfortunately, there appears to be a complete disconnect between the website and the app. Using the same email and PW in the app that I use on the website throws an error message: “Account does not exist.” I’ve tried for the better part of an hour to make this happen, logging in, logging out, restarting my phone, trying on my iPad, going through the Sengled app, going through my SmartThings app, all with the same result. API is hosed. With no way to create an account in the app, and the app not recognizing the login created on the website, there’s no way to set these bulbs up. I can’t believe the incompetence of a company that trips you up on something as simple as creating an account. Sending the bulbs back, deleting the app, and I’ll never buy from Sengled again. Horrible experience.

Could you provide the mail address you wanna to register as the account?
A waste of time and money
Chitarralove
UPDATE: I was the reply from the devolver. When you call support the recording tells you they aren’t taking calls. I emailed support yesterday morning, and more than 24 hours later I haven’t gotten a reply. Again, just don’t waste your money. The app is terrible and support is unresponsive. It’s so sad I’ve invested so much money into an ecosystem that doesn’t provide basic support. Having a functioning app and being able to add a new bulb is basic. This isn’t asking too much. I’ll be looking for replacement bulbs soon. I’ve purchased several bulbs over the past few years. The bulbs are fine but the app is miserable. I’m attempting to add a new bulb. I’m promoted to enable access to the local network. Theses permissions are already granted to the app. I have over 20 bulbs so I’m familiar with the process. I check the settings. Everything is enabled. I attempted to add the bulbs using my iPad. I get the same error, so clearly the app is broken on iOS and iPadOS. This experience happens regularly. There’s always some bug that prevents the set up process. It’s infuriating. I keep thinking maybe things will get better but it’s been 3 years so don’t waste your time. The bulbs are great once you get them added but you’ll lose your mind before that happens. The bulbs are useless if the app is unreliable. For some context I have both the wifi bulbs and the bulbs that require a hub. Both versions have given me issues during set up. Additionally I have multiple smart home devices and I’m very technical so, I have a good command of what I’m doing here. Take it from me, just skip these and pick another brand for your sanity.

Widgets for iPhone Disappeared
Jhopec50
This app has never had terribly high reviews but I’ve used it for 2.5 years. There were many times when the lights went offline for no reason and wouldn’t connect easily. Eventually those issues were mostly resolved. I’ve battled schedules to change the brightness at a specific time (ending one at 9:30 and starting another at 9:30) — it usually worked, then it stopped. After a while it worked again. Sometimes the lights come on by themselves. Sometimes they go off for no reason. I’ve dealt with most of these issues silently and self resolve as I work in software analysis anyway. But the removal of the widget in iPhone has completely changed the functionality of the app. I can no longer turn off all lights with the touch of a button at night. I have to unlock my phone, open the app, click widgets, then all off. This is the opposite of click reduction and needs to be resolved; the widget compatibility was one of the only saving grace’s over the last couple of years. With this gone and shortcuts not supporting Sengled, usability is significantly impacted.
Fixed display issues of the widget in Dark Mode.
